Absolutely frustrating. After win of over 15k didn't let me withdraw more than £4300. Even though being a customer for more than 2 years. So when I did withdraw only the amount which they let me. Not clearing the withdrawal after they got all the documents kept on asking for the cards which was used months ago for deposits and have been replaced with the new ones. Which I provided with the bank statements. Now they are lying oh these statements doesn't show any transactions to Kwiff. It's like they don't want to pay my money. So frustrating.

I had same problem as the other guy. They are moving the hurdle after 3 months, asking details where they not accepting! Making it difficult and stressful! Not worth it they are scum holding my money and not willing to pay

Avoid this casino. I am not speaking as a player that has lost on the site, I am up a tiny but but have now excluded myself from there casino as they are making a good effort to delay or deny my massive winnings of £75.
I joined deposited a few times and then cashed out 175 this cash out was instant. And I had not been asked to supply any info at this point. I then cash out £25 3 times. Around 10 to 20 minutes later all these cash outs were rejected.. The next day I get in contact with them to tell them about a lost bank card. They now keep asking for new info in every email I have provided.

In 40 years of gambling, I thought I had seen it all, but this Kwiff is out of this world in how they operate. I signed up with them and deposited my money all normally, and then when I won and asked for my winnings to be put back to my bank the problems started. They asked for Proof of identity and address which I provided, every day for weeks now as they keep saying the photo is blurred, this is not the case as the same photos have been accepted many times over elsewhere. This is by far the worst experience I have encountered. From any company ever KWIFF Casino cannot be trusted.
