I submitted a withdrawal request of 4,500 NOK to Kingmaker Casino on 23/09/2025 — it’s now been over 10 days, and the funds are still not paid.

I have contacted support multiple times via chat and email. Each time, I received a different excuse: "just wait", "we're processing it", "we have too many requests", and now they claim it's a delay from my payment provider — even though the withdrawal is still marked as 'under review' in my account.

I have sent four emails, and all were either ignored or answered with copy-paste replies. Live chat refused to provide any licensing information and told me I had to ask via email — but that also led nowhere.

My VIP level is 1. You can request up to 500$ per day, or 65,000 JPY in Japanese yen. You can put a withdrawal request on hold up to three times.
I requested 65,000 JPY the first time, and 6,500 JPY the second time.
Normally I can request one more time, but when I try to request 65,000 JPY, an error message appears and I can't request it.

Day of deposit 25.04.2025 and the day first withdraw was made.

29.04.2025 My withdraw attempt was cancelled and withdraws blocked.
I was asked to provide additional information for verification.

06.05.2025 I was asked to provide full transaction history of payment account used to transfer funds in the month of April.
I did that through email and website.

06.05.2025 I emailed the [email protected]. Same thing, I added the bank statements and i got the same response once again.

08.05.2025 My provided documents were declined and I asked KYC team for a reason, I have not received one to this day.

13.05.2025 I spend over an hour in live chat where agent is trying to solve why are my documents being declined and what is that they are asking for.
I did not get a reason.

I have tried multiple times to get clarification on the situation and reasons to why my provided document is not being accepted and what they are even asking for.

25.04.2025 I won the money and I have been trying to get fully verified ever since to withdraw my winnings, till this day that has not happened.

07.05.2025 I emailed the complaint email [email protected]
I provided bank statements, I have only two accounts. Main and savings account. I attached them to the email and tried that they work.
Did not get a response.

At the time of writing this complaint it has taken 22 days to get fully verified and I have not gotten a response once why my provided documents for the month of April are not approved and what I can do about it.
I just want to get this over whit, withdraw my money and move on.

Amount: Three withdrawals of €500 each (total: €1,500)

Current account balance: Approximately €10,000

Verification status: Fully verified (documents submitted and approved)

Issue: Despite repeated communication, my withdrawals have remained pending since March 30th, 2025 — over 1.3 months now. The casino support has not provided any clear explanation for the delay.

I have successfully received two withdrawals of CHF 500 each. However, three additional withdrawal requests (CHF 1,500 total) have been pending for over 12 days, with the oldest one submitted on April 27, 2025.

According to the casino’s stated policy, withdrawals should be processed within approximately 3 business days. Despite this, I’ve only received repeated standard replies from live support and email, confirming that my withdrawals are still “being processed,” without providing any concrete reason or time frame.

In addition to the pending CHF 1,500, I currently have CHF 3,800 locked in my account, which I cannot fully withdraw due to the CHF 500/day limit and the ongoing delays.

On May 9th, 2025, I contacted Kingmaker via email at their official complaints address ([email protected]), once again asking for a clear resolution. While they did reply, the response was yet another generic message confirming that my funds are still "being processed" – with no change to the situation.

All communication has been documented. Screenshots are attached showing:
– Three pending withdrawals of CHF 500 each
– Account balance of CHF 3,800
– Withdrawal history including completed and pending transactions
– Email replies and live chat conversations confirming the ongoing delay

From the first screenshot, it’s clear that i requested a withdrawal of €500 on April 1st, 2024. However, as of April 9th, 2024, the withdrawal was still marked as pending and had not been processed.

Violation of the casino’s own policy, which states that withdrawals should be approved within 2 to 5 business days.

Since I am not a VIP player at this casino, only allowed me to make one withdrawal per day, with a maximum limit of €500.

This kind of restriction is highly frustrating.

After 9 days I told him in a really kind way that if they don’t approve the withdrawal, I will do a negative feedback on askgambler. And they confiscated my winning

Not only was my winning confiscated, but my account is still active I don’t know why I try to send them message by email and they never answered about the confiscation.

In the attached photo, you can clearly see that the account balance was positive, and then it suddenly disappeared without any explanation.

From these screenshot, it is clear that by April 10th, the withdrawal had still not been processed, even though it had already been 10 days since the request was made. This proves that the casino was already in violation of their own withdrawal policy, and yet continued to give automated or repetitive responses, simply stating that the process takes 2 to 5 business days.

I sent multiple email but I never receive any answer I don’t know what I have to do, I don’t believe nothing anymore, something like that it never happened to me. I hope you can do something. I’m 46 year old slim not even good to use all this technology and translate etc. thank you for your time and if you need more informations please let me know. Regards

They do have a good selection of games, from several different suppliers. Also the seem to have a fair amount of bonuses and freespins, and the site seem to work quite good.

It feels like a scam casino. Says 3 days withdrawal time which is high to start with, but the keep stalling without any information. They also don't have any easy way to limit deposit amounts etc. Verification says it's not needed, but just part of the delay process on the withdrawal. I would recommend staying far away from this casino.

Nothing. Very bad casino overall. No customer service (chat is very arrogant and does not answer any of your questions). Chat told you "please be patient, relevant department will handle your case. Yeah, really?

Account not closed on request. Complaint was not answered. Don't play in this casino. I asked the casino to close my account but it is still open. Complaint made to refund my deposits after 24 hours of account closing request, no answer. I have emailed the casino 5 times, no answer.
