Failed self exclusion request
Hello again, AskGamblers. The reason for my contact today is regarding a self-exclusion request that Kingmaker casino failed to fullfill and caused further damage on my life and financial well-being. On May 31 2024, I had a gaming crisis where I deposited €1,500, lost it, and then cancelled two pending withdrawals in an attempt to recover my previous losses. After losing my two pending withdrawals that night I was promising myself I would never gamble again. I quickly went and requested my permanent self-exclusion through live chat support, and they told me that it wasn't possible to self-exclude myself without sending an email to support@kingmaker.com. I sent that email on 31th May 2024 and they replied on 3rd June 2024, I answered their email confirming my decision and they never answered again. That caused me to deposit again on Sunday 2nd June 2024 I was able to deposit again in an attempt to recover my previous losses until 3rd June 2024, when I finally resorted to paying for a gambling blocking software. I will be attaching proof of the email I sent, including the ticket code. In October 2025, I logged into my kingmaker account and found my account was still able to login and play normally. If it hadn't been because of my gambling-block software which I installed on June 3rd 2024, the drain would have been much bigger. By checking the credit card transactions, the total amount of these deposits from 02/06/2024 is €2,200. I request a refund of my deposits made on 2nd June 2024, for which I consider the casino fully responsible, as well as the permanent closure of my Kingmaker casino account.
