I like the game choices and I do enjoy the games themselves.
The bonuses on games that usually have great bonuses are horrible and feel like a waste of money and time. There are very few meaningful bonuses. I spent $700, and the most I ever won in a bonus was $50. It’s disappointing because I like the games, but the low returns make me unwilling to keep spending money without decent wins. I spent over $30,000 on another Casino last year and stayed loyal to that site; the biggest win I got there was $2,500. Ace also has very annoying pop-ups with the “key” feature, which interrupts gameplay. Pop-ups should appear after you finish playing, not during. I hate pop-ups in general. One time I put nearly $300 into a single game, and the bonuses I received were very poor. The maximum payouts on games that should pay more (like on other sites) are significantly lower here. I’m disappointed and feel like I’m done with online gaming platforms like this. I already requested to close my Ace account, which is frustrating because users should be able to close their own accounts without contacting support.
I also felt like I should have reached 150 characters much earlier, so I’m not sure why I had to keep writing.
