I don't recall the exact moment I signed up with Joo Casino, but I know it was long before their casino design overhauled. Back then, the layout was as clunky as an old typewriter, but I was willing to overlook it for the promise of some online gaming fun.
I remember the day vividly. I was visiting my loved one's new condominium, a family gathering that had all the makings of a mini celebration. Amidst the excitement, I decided to sneak in a quick gaming session on Joo Casino. I had just made a small minimum deposit and was ready to dive into their nice qualities. The games were entertaining enough and by the end of my session, I had exactly $50 to cash out. Not a fortune, but enough to put a smile on my face.
That's the moment when my smile turned into a frown. I initiated the withdrawal process, only to be hit with an unexpected situation. The support team requested a "recent transaction" of my deposit in colored format. Seriously?
