What I really dislike is the long time it takes to make a withdrawal. It’s really too long especially that weekends they don’t work so these are 3 days of the week.

The game Vegas flush, it gives good win if you play it right. I have betted 70 dollars per line and had won 10,000. I had actually quite a large amount on Vegas flush a few times. 30,000 was.

Sometimes the 120 % bonus has let me down. I have claimed it, deposit but I did not receive the 120 % extra bonus. Also when you withdraw it takes too long to receive the funds into your bank account which means you get tempted to play the winning and end up putting it back into the casino. All up I have lost 200,000 dollars to the casino.

I liked it for many years I even won 20 grand on cash splash a few years ago and haven’t had a problem since then withdrawing my money and won a lot more over the past few years.

Well now for some reason then wanted documents so I supplied all the documents and was told they weren’t good enough..made me very suspicious and was worried about my information something wasn’t right about the situation closed my account!! And lost 800 in winnings.

You never win, in the 1000s off dollars I have put into it only once have I received a good win, even then the process to retrieve the money was terrible. The constant having to re-upload information that you have uploaded 20 times already is a pain.

I've noticed they will debit your card - visa hold on my account. With AnZ they allow a pending period of 5 days for the vendor (jackpot city) to collect the money. Jackpot do not take the funds within this 5 day period. SO this results in the money going back into my bank account for 24 hours which I can then still spend.. But they will swiftly collect the money the next day. So be warned!! I believe this to be tactical move to get me to spend more money. Annoying with the payout time, definitely not 2 days. I've found it to be 4-5 days on the bigger payouts, again another tactic to get you to respend It.

This was my first casino online I've ever played. I had quite a few big wins and had no problems with cashing out. I still go back now and then to see if I can make a good win. I do recommend the Monopoly live game it new and fun.

The bonuses are quite small compare to other casinos out there and their loyalty programs are not easy to build up. You have to keep money in the account really to keep your loyalty points up. And I haven't had any bigger winnings than I first had. I was given advice to bet low on hot games then told by another agent to try the opposite. That's just the meaning of gambling.

First of all, if you do the mistake of taking their bonus offer of doubling what you pay, you will be stuck in a impossible way to get that bonus cashable.
Ive put 50 that would bring me to 100 with the bonus offer. For me, to even think of withdrawing anything, I had to first reach the 2500$ game play AND then have a minimum of 50$ in my sold. I dont have to tell you its basically impossible.

But if that wasnt enough, I realized they charged me 64.90$ for a 50$. I contacted them complaining about it and they told me they just charged me 50$ and the rest most have come from my bank. I reached my bank (That I have for the past 25 years and that I trust) and they confirmed me THEY charged me that amount and there was no fees on their end. I contact them again telling them so and never heard back from them.

Personally, dont even bother with this c***. Really bad experience and I closed my account the second I realized how it was bs.

I am really annoyed that they have decided to change their bonus system and now have a winning wheel that very rarely wins and even if it does for the 700*1000 you may have spent you could win 1 sometimes 2 dollars. what a joke. Upon asking how I should find this new system beneficial to me and why was the loyalty points worth so much less, apparently even though i deposit and play with NZ currency the loyalty points get converted to euros before being cashed back to me? I am sure you will all agree what awesome customer service this is when other casinos are almost paying us to play on their sites.So disappointing, I am currently looking for my new trustworthy casino and makes me feel like they appreciate my money.
