Very little to like about this casino. They harass you by phone to get you to play more.
They promised to match your first four deposits up to $1600, My first deposit was $20 and was matched, My second deposit was $20 dollars and NOT matched, I contacted " customer service ". They said they had no record from 5 days ago when I made the deposit. They said it just " fell away ". AVOID this casino!!!!

Jackpot City is one of the latest casinos I joined. I did it after I saw an ad on AskGamblers of AskGamblers exclusive promotion that for 10€ I would get 80 spins on Mega Moolah slot. I've played it only a few times so I thought it was a great promotion for a very little deposit. I trusted them because they are powered by Microgaming software ad is a sister site to casinos I am a member of. I have to admit, I didn't like the fact that they had so many unresolved complaints.
I claimed the bonus from AskGamblers as it was an exclusive, then I signed up and made a 10€ deposit using Skrill. While I was depositing I was given option to deposit more to receive some extra credits but I didn't do that. After the deposit I noticed that I received match bonus immediately. I tried to open live chat, but for some reason it didn't work. So I downloaded the software and then contacted support. Needless to say that our conversation got me very disappointed. Support gave me multiple reasons why I wouldn't get the spins.
At first I was told my region wasn't available for that offer, I explained everything and sent the link and then I was told that the offer was invalid, after many more questions support told me that they don't work with AskGamblers affiliate, I mean, I got just ridiculous answers that didn't make any sense. And at last I was told that the 10€ bonus I received gave me an overall 20€ balance which meant I could play Mega Mooolah with it and it would be enough for 80 spins. If I had known that before, as it was explained very shady, I wouldn't have deposited there.
Since I still had money in my balance I started to play Immortal Romance with minimum stakes. I had a few 5oak winnings but my balance was going up and down. When it reached 0.60€ I received a pop up message which said I got an extra bonus added and I noticed that my balance was for 10€ higher. My playtime was quite short and I lost all balance. After that I spoke again with support and this time I had a conversation with other agent and he was completely opposite to the one I spoke before, he was kind, professional and answered to my questions about their promotions.
Overall I had unpleasant time at Jackpot City casino and I won't be making another deposit there. The casino lobby looked good but I think that support lacks professionalism and bonus wagering is too high, 50x bonus wager is a lot, especially for first deposit.

This will be my review for Jackpot city casino based on my personal experience. This is a solely Microgaming powered casino, so I thought why not give it a try. When I loaded their page the first thing that I said was hell no that is too much purple color. But after a while I had to get used to it. So after my sign up I contacted their live chat support because I had some questions regarding their bonuses, on which they replied very quickly and kindly so a big plus for that.

I am not a gambler but 2 days ago my granddaughter and her silly friends opened a jackpot city casino account. They are all under 15 years of age, they used false information like her aunts name and date of birth and used a prepaid credit card I had given my granddaughter for school supplies $350. The girls were busted with a few hours of opening the account, I called the card people told them what had happen and they said shouldn't be a problem contact the casino advise them of what has happen and they can void the payment, simple.
