Hello! Casino - Winnings confiscated unfairly
I will try to describe my issue and confirm the problem as clear as possible while going through my own troubleshooting steps taken to try and resolve this.

I Made a deposit on Hello Casino last week with a normal welcome bonus of 100% and deposited 1000 NOK. I was granted the bonus and was well known with the bonus T&C as they are a part of the same group of other casinos i play at. What baffles my mind is the clause i have allegedly broken. They claim i have at a point during my welcome bonus bet over 50kr bet on a spin which is over the Max bet of 50kr. What should stand out here is i never have ever in my life Made a single bet of over 30kr a spin in my whole life, i am a small low stakes gambler.
I got lucky and ran my initial deposit of 1000kr upto 20000kr and managed to complete the wager. Mainly playing normal games like book of dead of either 20/30kr spins.

Once the wager was completed i went ahead and bought a bonus as this was prohibited beacuse the system stopped me from buying while on a bonus. I ended up playing down to 10000NOK on real money balance on several games and had no bonus balance.
I Made a withdrawal and got requested for documents.

Documents was sent in and approved two days later.
The day after i was approved i got the email from Hello casino stating my wins have been confisicated and my original deposit have been returned to my gaming account.

I sadly don’t have any access to my account right now to show my betting history to backup my part that i have never bet over 50kr on a spin, due to self-excluding myself for 5 days so i would not mess with my withdrawal. I have been in contact with Hello casino on livechat and Mail with no help to get and automated responses.

This is my first time ever being in a situation like this because i always hold up my end of the bargain when it comes to T&C in a casino. I feel shocked and sad at the same time, because I have seen several times people make this mistake and the casino without it being on purpose and the casino have in goodwill returned the winnings as a good gesture.
Hopefully since this is my first time we can come to a resolve in this case with Hello casino and both parts can be happy.

Dear Askgamblers, I am thankful I have found your site which reassures me am I not the only player having problems with Hello Casino. I started playing on their site a few weeks ago and had been receiving some nice bonuses. I have had some wins and loses on their site and I have been generally happy playing there with no problems. On the 30th of August 2017 I received a bonus through my email offering me a £150 bonus if I deposited £500. Hello! Casino - £17,398 unfairly confiscated
Dear askgamblers, I have been a loyal player at Hello casino and have won and lost over the last (x) months with no troubles. Recently they sent me a nice offer where if I deposited £500, I would receive a £150 bonus. I did this on the 29th august and played some slots betting £28 a go. Amazingly on one spin I hit a huge win, around £18,000. I kept betting at the same rate and cashout in the end £17398. I had made sure to read all the terms and conditions to make sure I had done nothing wrong. I had indeed done nothing wrong - there was a maximum bet of 20% of the bonus, in this case £30, which I never exceeded. PLEASE NOTE !!! I signed up through an affiliate which offered a NON-STICKY bonus, which also seperated my balances into CASH and BONUS. With this I have all rights to my winnings! -------------- I recently signed up through an affiliate which offered a non-sticky Welcome bonus and made a deposit to Hello! Casino of NOK 1,000 and also accepted the NOK 1,000 bonus after reading through the terms associated with it. As the hour went on, I hit a big win in the slot Dead or Alive, of NOK kr30.586,00 on a kr9 stake. Note that this is still on my Cash balance, as I didn't hit the bonus money yet. Because of these bets at Mega Moolah being above the kr50 limit that they supposedly set on my own cash balance, my withdrawal was declined and my winnings confiscated. My original deposit of kr1,000 was returned. I will also add that the reason why I think this is wrong is that other casinos I have played at, with a bonus as well, gives me the right to decide whatever bet size I wish to use as long as I am still on my own cash balance. The casino itself is pretty good. Nice games. Some of nice game's are still missing like League of fortune, and all of the rhyming reels game's like Hearts n tarts, Jack and Jill and so on. But still very nice to play.

If you are a gambler and you have problems to wait for pending payouts then I don't recommend playing here.
I won over 1,000 euro and did a withdrawal, the pending withdrawal took so long that I every time refund the money to my account to play again. At the end I put all 1.000 euro back and lost it within 48 hours. I think if a casino see players doing this than they shut auto remove the withdrawal option. I really feel very sad that i lost all my money because it was to attractive to reverse withdrawal. And it is not only this casino, there are more casino's doing this. but there are also casino's that do it in 4 to 8 hours and than you are not able to withdrawal again.

After waiting for 7 days for a cashout to stop being 'pending' it was suddenly reversed into my account. I have contacted the support by email but have not received any answer yet. I mean there is no point playing if you do not have the chance to withdraw.

The help and response you get is under all criticism. In my case it was about verification and withdrawal. While I applied for withdrawal, I submitted a verification document. Over 130h later I get the answer that they approved the verification, this is after I contacted the chat twice in the case. However, they have not approved the withdrawal, I contacted the chat saying it would take another 48h from then. Then 3-5 business days before the money is on the bank account. For me, this is the most important thing to do when doing a casino, hence the low score. I also think it's incredibly bad when you as a customer question what it takes that time? The answer is that there is a high load. Remember, it's the ones who wrote 48h! Then there is nothing they can do after it's been longer .... Had it been the contrary that I, for example, violated a rule, the same thing there. There is "unfortunately" nothing they can do there either.

Withdrawal system lacks majorly. South Africans can't withdraw as we do not use a IBAN number. Then I was told by Support to deposit via Skrill in order to get my money, did so and to my surprise I couldn't withdraw again. Support told me deposit again via a PC. After spending so much money at Hello casino I wasn't allowed to withdraw my money. I eventually played out everything and will not return to play at Hello casino again. Why allow South Africans to deposit money but make the withdrawal such a difficult process? I never get any emails on promotions, your casino hardly have promotions. I'm so done with this casino!

Absolutely horrendous customer support. Submitted documentation for verification which takes two days, seriously. Came bank and said they needed more. I had already sent enough to steal my Ide a few times over. So then it takes another two days. Ridiculous when every other casino can do it in a few hours.

Hello! is operated by the relatively new "Imperium Network Solutions" casino group, who seem to have sprung up out of nowhere but quickly established themselves with an honest and trustworthy bunch of multiplatform browser based casinos. I signed up at Hello! very soon after they launched after seeing banners on many affiliate sites offering fifty free spins on NetEnts Twin Spin with no wagering requirement and have since signed up at two more of their casinos, Spin Station and Reel Island, without any problems so far at all three.

I didn't do all that well with my fifty free spins but I blame NetEnt for that not the casino - I used to dislike Twin Spin with a vengeance but I must admit to having warmed to it quite recently after discovering it to be more horrendously streaky than just plain bad paying. My £12 or so of winnings were wager free but I decided to top them up with a deposit to take advantage of the 100% match bonus which also came with a "second chance" by way of another 100 free spins that could be played on any NetEnt game.

Hello! pay out quicker than most casinos too, they state "Instant" on their banking page but in reality around 4-8 hours seems to be the norm, with the odd request processed in under an hour if requested during the daytime.

The minimum withdrawal here is stated in the terms and conditions at £50.00 which I believe was correct when the casino launched but they have since reduced this to £25.00 which I think should be low enough for all but the lowest rolling of players. HelloCasino does not offer fast withdrawals. If you choose withdraw your money then you should take into account, that first you need to wait about 48 hours after your money directed to payment department (after it will take more additional days according to your payment method). Bad is, that there is no way to fasten this process - ever you write to support and ask to short the 48 hour period, this is not possible.

Moreover, during this 48 hours time you can cancel your withdrawal(s) and play with this money again (and may lose it). Only option to keep your money, is wait for 48 hours + days which takes payment from Hello to your bank and use the "cooling off" method (example, for 2 days you disable your login to this casino).

Once upon a time, not too long ago, I was really enjoying my time at Thrills Casino, but 1 year after that, I was no longer allowed to play there anymore. That was very frustrating indeed, and so, in search of a replacement, I then came across another similar one, and this was Hello Casino. Oh boy! I was so glad to have found it and I soon signed up after reading up on the promotional terms of its Welcome Package offer. I just couldn't refused it - all free spins are wager free - just as at Thrills Casino where I got booted out. My happiness was short-lived!

Eager to start playing, I deposited some money and took up the Welcome Package offer to earn my 50 wager-free spins. I got really frustrated when no free spins were credited into my account, and when I checked with their support, I was informed that players from my country were not eligible for any wager-free spins. That got me really really hot, being denied of such benefits yet again, so then I played off my deposit to zero balance and I logged out, vowing never to return again. Hello? Hello? Are you still there Hello Casino? Since that last deposit, more than 1 month ago, I have received zero promotional offers in my mailbox, even though emails from the casino have since been unspammed. What is actually happening here, I keep wondering to myself. Did the casino later realised that I am still not eligible for any wager-free spins? Or what?
