After waiting for 7 days for a cashout to stop being 'pending' it was suddenly reversed into my account. I have contacted the support by email but have not received any answer yet. I mean there is no point playing if you do not have the chance to withdraw.

The help and response you get is under all criticism. In my case it was about verification and withdrawal. While I applied for withdrawal, I submitted a verification document. Over 130h later I get the answer that they approved the verification, this is after I contacted the chat twice in the case. However, they have not approved the withdrawal, I contacted the chat saying it would take another 48h from then. Then 3-5 business days before the money is on the bank account. For me, this is the most important thing to do when doing a casino, hence the low score. I also think it's incredibly bad when you as a customer question what it takes that time? The answer is that there is a high load. Remember, it's the ones who wrote 48h! Then there is nothing they can do after it's been longer .... Had it been the contrary that I, for example, violated a rule, the same thing there. There is "unfortunately" nothing they can do there either.

Withdrawal system lacks majorly. South Africans can't withdraw as we do not use a IBAN number. Then I was told by Support to deposit via Skrill in order to get my money, did so and to my surprise I couldn't withdraw again. Support told me deposit again via a PC. After spending so much money at Hello casino I wasn't allowed to withdraw my money. I eventually played out everything and will not return to play at Hello casino again. Why allow South Africans to deposit money but make the withdrawal such a difficult process? I never get any emails on promotions, your casino hardly have promotions. I'm so done with this casino!

If you choose withdraw your money then you should take into account, that first you need to wait about 48 hours after your money directed to payment department (after it will take more additional days according to your payment method). Bad is, that there is no way to fasten this process - ever you write to support and ask to short the 48 hour period, this is not possible.
Moreover, during this 48 hours time you can cancel your withdrawal(s) and play with this money again (and may lose it). Only option to keep your money, is wait for 48 hours + days which takes payment from Hello to your bank and use the "cooling off" method (example, for 2 days you disable your login to this casino).
