Can't fault the chat promotions, they offer real money prizes with no wagers and are a lot of fun to play.
I got a ban from heart/virgin/monopoly/jackpotjoy and starspins for 3 months because of a comment I made on chat. I said that I don't make deposits because I hate losing so I only play with winnings from freebies and got an instant ban. I contacted support straight away and was told I got the suspension because I am unhappy when I lose and I should be happy....lol (unbelievable). I replied back that I am happy when I lose because its your money I'm losing not mine because I only play freebie winnings and they terminated the chat.
