Unfair account closure after numerous deposits and withdrawals

I have been with heart bingo, virgin games and monopoly casino for months. All three accounts have been verified and I have deposited numerous times on all three and I've made successful withdrawals from heart. (Haven't won on other 2). I've withdrawn over £1000 from heart in the past and deposited well over that. Yesterday I reached £4000 in winnings on heart - I logged on this morning to withdraw and my account was blocked along with virgin and monopoly. When I contacted support they advised me that they have another sister site jackpotjoy. Back in December 2016 my partner and I split up and he had used my debit card without permission on jackpotjoy. I provided proof and jackpotjoy shut the account as far as I'm aware. My heart, virgin and monopoly all remain closed and my heart has a balance of £4000. According to support I will not get this as I shouldn't of had an account with them because of the previous mishap with jackpotjoy.? I will also not receive a refund on any deposits. I'm a little confused how they can do this? How can they allow me to deposit and withdraw for months (7 months) accept my money and then close the account this far down the line..? Is it because I won £4000? Surely this would of 'flagged' up when I withdrew £1000 a few weeks back? They are refusing to refund me which I think is unfair because I wasn't aware I couldn't have accounts with them, previous wagers and verification. I feel like it's because I had a good win.. I'm allowed the smaller withdrawals but my account is closed as I win £4000 and it took 7 months of wagering for them to realise this.. very convenient. Any advice please? (And this isn't me trying to obtain a refund because I've spent to much.. but they cannot have the best of both worlds..) Thanks :)

Nothing I can think of at all. Offers free games albeit extremely hard to win anything.
Had one "box bonanza" won about 60p.
Cant think of ANY other positive things at all

Don't pay out properly on friend referral!
Misleading so called bonuses.
Don't give £50 for bingo its actually just 50 tickets very misleading. Shame on heart bingo.

Can't fault the chat promotions, they offer real money prizes with no wagers and are a lot of fun to play.

I got a ban from heart/virgin/monopoly/jackpotjoy and starspins for 3 months because of a comment I made on chat. I said that I don't make deposits because I hate losing so I only play with winnings from freebies and got an instant ban. I contacted support straight away and was told I got the suspension because I am unhappy when I lose and I should be happy....lol (unbelievable). I replied back that I am happy when I lose because its your money I'm losing not mine because I only play freebie winnings and they terminated the chat.

Some good slot games and really fast withdrawal times. They do promos but you only win pence on them.

I became a VIP after depositing a certain amount which I'm not allowed to mention, first day they give me a VIP bonus and It was quite good but after that the VIP status is no good. They only offer you the VIP bonuses after you have gone through your deposit limit. I complained about this to customer services and they was very rude and then agreed to start sending me a VIP bonus at the beginning of the month. So then when the beginning month came they take the VIP status from you. I would never recommend this casino to anyone who is a high roller as the VIP program is the worst I've come across. I get more from casinos without being a VIP.

Introduction bonus, games are entertaining and some are in HD format, easy to use, deposit and navigate.

Some of the money is shared with other sites. Double bubble jackpot is the same as on Virgin, starspins, jackpotjoy, so misleading when you see the £100,000.00 jackpot thinking its limited to this one site, withdrawals can be sporadic, some 24 hours some 3 days.

Whatever you do, 'DO NOT' contact customer support and upset them, I did by mentioning data sharing relating to financial and confidentiality concerns, they became very tetchy and closed all my accounts across ALL the sites, Virgin, Heart, Jackpotjoy, Starspins & Ceasars.

Its a good site as is all Gamseys sites I have used, I've never had to fiddle around sending verification documents and if I win and make a withdrawal it is always processed within 24 hours and normally with me after a few days.

- It is obviously Bingo orientated so don't expect a wide range of slots
- When setting deposit limits you can choose between daily/weekly or monthly However monthly limits must be a minimum of £50, although that isn't much to most people players should be able to select any amount they like instead of being forced to set £50 upwards.

Other than that decent casino/bingo site which seems pretty fair and pays in a timely fashion.
