I can understand what you are referring to but you have to keep in mind that all Bonuses on Happy Hugo are Wagerfree and you could basically withdraw every euro on your real money balance even if you hit during your bonus money, so we need to act in such cases like this.

Hello, fellow Gamblers. I just wanted to give everyone a fair warning about the shady business practices of Happy Hugo Casino. The Welcome Bonus got me there, 200% with NO WAGERING required on bonus funds. Just give back the bonus money when you withdraw. The first problem I had was they took away my bonus money after a week and I had to screengrab the bonus terms to show on-line support that it says bonus money remains active for 30 days. I finally had it returned to me after about 30 minutes arguing with support.
The next thing you need to be aware of is the list of games you can't play with a bonus. Most casino's will simply block you from playing those games, but not here, Happy Hugo expects you to memorize the list and let me tell you, the list contains some of the most popular games like Book of Dead, Dead or Alive & 2, Secret of the Stones, Reactoonz and more.
Here's what happened, I played Monopoly and hit an absolute miracle 500x on a .30 bet and won $150. I requested a withdrawal and I got an email back saying that because I played some of the restricted games they were taking all of the money away and returning my original deposit. I went back into my betting history and added up all the money won and lost on those games and it came out to a grand total of plus $2.74. Yes, they took away $150 win based on we winning $2.74 on some restricted games.
Here's the other thing that sucks, they have a ridiculous minimum withdraw amount of $80, I've seen huge casinos like Casumo with a minimum $20 withdraw amount.
