Still, the cashier is easy to use, with the top options and all deposit methods listed below. For deposit, I chose a Visa card and filled in the profile information. Olivia was responsive and helpful, but as we were chatting regarding deposits and deposit limits, she directed me to Terms and Conditions instead of giving me a direct answer. 

Via player complaints, some players noted that customer service could be improved, so it must depend on your issue as well as the agent you get.
