Relative ease of signing up and that they have live chat on the website.
Long withdrawal times. Longer than the likes of Unibet, Ladbrokes, Mr Smith Casino and many others. 3 days pending (not counting day of withdrawal) before the money is paid out. There isn't a valid argument for keeping hold of players winnings for that amount of time these days. If asked, you'll be told that it's down to required security checks etc. Presumably the casinos I mentioned above also perform security checks, but somehow manage to pay out faster.
Also, I got an offer of 5 free spins on the Spin Labs slot when I logged in which I can't use. It keeps telling me to add funds in order to play the slot.
