I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Fight Club Casino, and I feel compelled to warn others. Last week I had $2,099.94 NZD winnings confiscated. I was told it was due to a maximum winnings limit associated with a deposit bonus that I never opted into – in fact, you can’t opt out of this daily bonus. Also this bonus was done back in August 31.
What’s worse is that I chose to play at Fight Club Casino based on a recommendation from Ask Gamblers, a platform I’ve trusted. To be hit with such an unfair situation after that is incredibly disappointing.
If Fight Club Casino is going to impose limits and restrictions on winnings, these should be clearly communicated upfront. I had no idea my deposit would limit my ability to claim what I had rightfully won, and now I’m stuck dealing with their poor customer service to get my winnings back.
I would advise anyone considering this casino to be cautious. If they can confiscate your winnings this easily without clear communication or transparency, it’s not a safe place to play. I’m now seeking help from gaming authorities to resolve this, but I expected much better from a casino recommended by a trusted source.
