On the 30th of october i was playing at fight club casino. i started playing caishens fortune by provider IGtech and started wininng...i won numerous mini and minus jackpots whilst playing and was playing the game for quite some time. i switched pages on my phone to obtain my bank details in preperation to cashout, came back to the page and i had been logged out of the site. by that time i was well over $1000 in winnings,,,may have even been closer to $2000. i logged back in and my balance was was $46. i contacted support immediately and was told it all looked right on their end. I stated this could not be true,..i know for a fact i was well over $1000 as i was going to cashout. Support told me to contact support to obtain a bet record...wich i did. After closer inspection of the bets i had found a clear fault . There is a large section section of 0.00 bets on Wolf treasure... ( column 22285 -22409) the only time I played that that was using the free spins.. please see attached screen shots. It also shows not many bets on caishens fortune, when really I spent a large amount of time on that game and won numerous mini and minor jackpots wich do not show on there. I believe in my first couple of spin on the game won my first mini jackpot. I had also made numerous bets for larger amounts. Wich are not showing. So something has definately happened!! pleease see all attatched screenshots

The bet history presented to you allows to see your game session in its entirety from the moment you made a deposit. You can manually check and compare the win and bet sums and game round duration time to see that there is no data corruption.
Bet history doesn't reflect minor and major jackpots in slots as a separate entry. If you hit such kind of jackpot during the game its sum will be reflected as a game round winnings (together with any other winnings that may have resulted from the spin) after the bet is finished.
If a game malfunctions, you will be returned to the same point of game round upon re-entering the game. If a game round is carried out incorrectly (which may result in winnings not being paid out propperly) it is likely to be marked as unfinished in the bet history. However, as you can see, all your game rounds are finished successfully.
One of the possible reasons for your confusion may be the ingame currency depiction. Many slot games allow to show your balance, bet sum and winnings either in your active currency or in "coins". For example, a 50$ balance and a 1$ bet would be shown as 5000 "coins" and 100 "coins" bet respectively, if you chose this mode. Closed my account and no response

Closed my account and asked for my funds, only $190odd and not attached to any bonus.

They said they’ll refund to my bank, I let them be but after a week nothing so enquired and they said they’re still working on my request and to wait. Another week passed and I emailed, no response to went onto their chat again and they said it’s with the accounts team and they’ll escalate but gave no time frame.

Few more days passed and I emailed but got response, emailed about 5 different nights and still no reply.

Went back into their live chat the other day as now been 3 weeks and chat said it’s with another team but can’t give me any updates, asked to speak to a manager to which they declined as said I have to wait, asked how long for and they said they don’t know but could be a while?? It’s already been 3 weeks.. emailed another 2 times and again no response.

Utterly frustrating and I want my money back and this drama behind me, the fact they are ignoring me feels like they won’t be refunding back my money.

Withdrawal is delayed

Hello AskGamblers Team.

On June 6 2024, I made a deposit with a 90% bonus.

I made the necessary wagerement and requested a cashout of 420 euros.

Casino FightClub (DAMA N.V), a company I completely trust, said that the minimum order for cashout via bank transfer is 500 euros.

I respected that, but they said they would transfer 420 euros manually (bank transfer).

After their decision, they closed my account and I no longer have access to it.

It has been more than 4 days since the cashout request and my winnings.

The maximum waiting time for a bank transfer is 3 business days.

So far I haven't had any response, the casino simply disappeared.

I ask for help from the Askgamblers team so I can resolve this case and have the right to my winnings in my bank account.

Casino Fight Club is at the TOP of the ASKGAMBLERS website page and should pay more attention to online players.

They already have all my bank account details and my casino account is fully verified.

I hope Ask Gamblers will resolve this matter.

Withdrawal is delayed

Dear askgamblers.

I made a deposit to Fight Club Casino on December 8th using a credit card and Payz, and after playing, I applied for a withdrawal.

The next day, December 9th, I was requested to provide the past month's credit card statement as a required document, and I submitted it to the casino.

Then, on December 15th, the casino informed me that I could not withdraw money unless I multiplied the deposit amount x 3, so I applied for a withdrawal again after multiplying the deposit amount x 3.

However, a few days later, my account was closed for no reason and I received an email from the casino informing me that my balance would be refunded.

I requested a refund using the Payz ID that I used to make the deposit, and the casino accepted, but two weeks have passed and I still haven't received the money.

I have contacted the casino many times via live chat, but the only reply I get is a copy-paste response that says, "We will do it as soon as possible."

The amount deposited is approximately $9,000 and the amount requested for withdrawal is approximately $5,000.

I do not use bonuses etc.

Hope that ask gamblers time will help to resolve this matter.

I always play at Dama Casinos cause they offer always fast withdrawals.

I was deciding to play at this casino after i checked at Askgambers that Fight Club Casino offers too fast withdrawals with pending time from 0-24h.

Well not in this case.

I verified my profile 100% and im still waiting for my withdrawal to be processed since 31.08.2023.

I tried first to talk with the live chat but i get always an automatic answer that they have much withdrawals and this can take time, without telling me when will be my withdrawal processed.

Pending 300 Euro withdraw since over 84h

Hello,

waiting since Over 84h to get my withdraw of 300€ processed. Its still pending while on the Askgamblers site it says 0-24h pending time.

Of course i was in the Chat (2 times) but got the same bot answers that the cashouts are done one after another so i should wait "a bit longer".

For me everything above 24h is bad, over 48h a bad joke and over 72h it feels like they just want you to cancel the withdraw and lose it all and do it on purpose.

Of course I am fully verified. That's my 3rd withdraw at this Casino. First one took under 24h - second one was like 2-3 days and now ... yeah ... over 84h already.

I kindly ask for help here.

Delayed Withdrawal Fightclub Casino

Fightclub Casino is taking now more than 2 times longer than written in the casino guidelines and the live chat is telling me the 10x time that it could sometimes take a little bit longer. Today i spoke to a live chat supporter after i said i was going to write a complaint that its going to be confirmed within the next 8h but nothing happened. i wrote the live chat again and they said the same text as always. My first withdrawl was on 11 Jun 2023, 13:01 and the second (which is not 24h old but i dont think its going to be different in this case either) was on 12 Jun 2023, 20:21. Askgamblers please help me to solve my case ,casinos are always taking our money within seconds but when its time to pay there are always these kinds of problems.
