Hello! I emailed Evobet support on 28 Dec to close my account due to gambling addiction as per their T&C. They didn’t do that so I kept depositing and lost 80€. I asked them for a refund but they refused and said I’m responsible. Please see my email to them and they respond. Please help me to resolve this situation.

On October 2 I submitted a request to withdraw my winnings of €2,820.29. However, I received an email from Evobet stating that my withdrawal was cancelled and that the amount had been removed from my account, citing Term 63.4 as the reason.

It is important to note that I made two deposits into my account. The rule stated in 63.4 applies only to players with one deposit, which does not apply in this case. The emails I received from Evobet acknowledge my two deposits, yet the subsequent deduction of my winnings seems inconsistent with their stated policies.

Additionally, AskGamblers.com ranks Evobet very highly, which influenced my decision to choose this casino. Given this reputation, I feel unfairly treated and expect a higher standard of customer service.

I have screenshots and screen recordings as evidence of my deposits and the relevant terms. A review of this situation is requested, as the winnings were removed despite eligibility to withdraw them based on their own terms. This matter requires urgent attention, and resolution is sought promptly.

My withdrawal of 10000 NOK has been pending since 30.07.2024.

My account is fully verified and I have made 6 successful withdrawals previous to this one.

TOS says up to 72 hours process time and the monthly withdraw limit is 7000eur I have so far withdrawn 60000NOK wich is about 5000EUR.

When I contact customer service I only get cut and paste nonanswers.

I have about 12,000 euros in my account so this situation worries me.

I hope you can help me since it`s impossible to get an answer from Evobet and we are talking about a substantial amount of money at stake.

I received email that there has been login attempt from abroad and for safety reasons my withdrawal is canceled. Investigation took 9 days and after that they announced that everything is fine, you can withdraw your money." No further actions are required at the moment." and they promised that my withdrawal request will be processed as soon as possible.

After that my withdrawals still gets rejected. I contacted to live support and they told me that there were technical difficulties and try withdrawal again. I tried once again withdrawal and after couple days my withdrawal is again rejected. I asked again from live support what is the problem. Live support could not tell why the withdrawal did not work, just new procrastination "I have escalated to the department in charge, in order to look this further"

It seems that they just postpone my withdrawal for no reason and hope that I would lose my money to the casino during that time. I have been waiting for my money for three weeks already despite numerous withdrawal attempts, several emails and many live support conversations.

I registered on their site in may 2022, played a few sport bets and got limited to 1 eur. I deposited 100 eur and got to 224 eur before my account got limited. I sent every document they asked for verification. After they had nothing to ask anymore, they said that my account is under investigation and they will let me know when the investigation is finished. In the meantime, I have no ability to request a withdrawal. I contacted them several times during the 19 months period, every time they answer that they will ask responsible department and let me know by email (i've never got a response from them). Last time I contacted livechat they told me that my case is not resolved yet. 124 euro profit unable to be withdrawn for 19 months. It's ridiculous.

According to the attached prints, Evobet has always made it difficult for me to make my withdrawal request from the beginning. Initially, more than two months ago, they informed me that the account was verified, then they asked me for a selfie holding paper, then also, a document proving the phone number, etc... after several confusions on the part of Evobet, including repeated denials and numerous previous withdrawal requests due to "technical problems".

Hello dear ones!

I discovered Evobet.com through its great performance on AskGamblers. However, despite the great reputation I had my account limited in the middle of July/2023 and I was forced to withdraw my funds, something around €328.

As soon as I created my account I carried out the verification process, and on May 22nd I received an email informing me that my account was verified.

However, on July 19th, when I requested my first withdrawal, it was rejected by Evobet, informing me that it would be necessary to send additional documentation for verification, a selfie of me where I write my name, CPF and which site I played on ( Evobet.com). Until then everything is normal, I think it's fair for the bookmaker to have a rigorous verification process.

I requested the withdrawal again after additional verification and after a few days, they came back and said they wanted another proof of residence/telephone number, I had confirmation via chat that the document was accepted, so since the first of August my request withdrawal is pending and I have not received any information as to why it is taking so long.

I contact them on chat and ask what's going on. Of course, this sentence comes and slaps me in the face:

“As the process is being handled by another department, we regret that we are unable to provide a specific timeframe for its completion.”

I've never taken as long to make a withdrawal as I am this time, this is something completely out of the ordinary.

This bookmaker uses the AskGamblers logo as a form of advertising. And in this way it has a great casino rating as well above average.

I'm having a lot of patience as people ask me, but soon it will be 60 days since my birthday and they will have a very distorted view of how the gaming industry works.

Right now I feel incredibly sad and helpless.

False advertisement. They advertise to give you a 10 e AG coin; however, when you actually claim it thru their site’s AG page’s AG coin button, create an account and go on asking for the coin; being totally eligible for it in every way; they won’t give it. On chat, you will receive no reasonable answer. Chat is slow, unresponsive and rude. They just won’t give it to you, no matter how you try to explain it to the agent. I also sent a message to their inbox w no answer. Based on this kind of behavior that totally destroys your trust, I closed my account forever and won’t come back. You can keep your bonuses. :)

Avoid at all costs, the UI, variety of markets and games, is less than average and poor in quality of odds. Really, there are dozens of much better and trustable casinos. This one I'm almost sure that maybe pays most times, but other ones try to deny big payments and so much ppl doesn't know what to do so they steal it (based in another discussions)

I registered via AG COIN link, I even recorded the screen, verified the phone, (done the rec because I read the last comment, saying they denied the coins because reasons I can show easy if they are lying, they are), tried to contact via email, chat wasn't available, didn't get any answer, few days later no answer, no chat, and few mins ago live chat was available.

They first said in a ton of words "I cant get that bonus, but check out the promo tab, you can use all of them!", that kind of answers, make me think more than twice before give them any cent, scripts, copy pastes, of false advertising, using ask gamblers and they coins system to get hype, but, they don't respect the threat, they have the advertising, and AG users end frustrated seeing the casinos that try to evade the coins claim, and others ones like this, that deny it very rude and close chat, then, when I tried to start chat again "send us a message we will answer via email".

Oh, and lastly they said cant track my register with affiliate link, I showed last comment and said that I recorded the screen if the same problem can happens, then, they just put AGAIN, can I help.... (no, they are useless). And chat? Around 2 seconds after, chat was closed and I can send a message logged out and with my iPad, but using the imac, they aren't available.

Don't let them laugh of you, they even can't get winnings honestly with a casino, so, don't wait any good from them, think about it, play with caution and enjoy!

The variety of games. The layout etc. The payment system looks good as well. Bonuses are looks so generous. That's all I liked to the casino. But I dislike the support most.

They are denying my AG coin bonus although I just verified phone and signed up directly from AskGamblers. The live support keeps denying after I show him all the proof.

There is many bonuses to find to this casino! But again the play through for the most of the bonusses is in the high end. Some nice games and easy to navigate on the casino site.

Massive negative would be that the chat support has a ridiculously long wait time and you go up and down in the que while waiting which I don't understand.

I like the fact that evobet has had so many great reviews.. It honestly has made many good impressions and I do hope that the service they provide is as good as they say.. I am going to get into some slots and see where things go from here.. I don't mind spend money and if I win some well I'll throw some back..

What's there not to like!! I enjoy it thoroughly and if there ever is a stuff up (very rare) they are quick to fix it! Games and payouts are great also!
Fast big win on first day play here :)

Consistant casino where everything seems to work well and a good enough selection of games as well. Lots of slots and lots of new titles from many providers.

Customer service takes a while and they don't always have all the answers, I have needed them on 2 occasions, once for payment and once for registration.
