The time it takes to process your withdrawal request. It happened a few times now that the time before my payout was approved went up more than a week. My last withdrawal request was sent in on 24/03/2021. It's now 11 days later and it still has status pending. A week ago I contacted support but all they said was that sometimes it takes a little longer. They should really look into this. This is the one thing that prevents me from playing more in their casino.
Based on my own experience I honestly cant think of one good thing to say here.

*Beware, they don't update your balance accordingly, so if you have won more than 5000EUR in 24 hours, you need to write down your "actual balance", as the casino will keep you in the dark for weeks if they have to, just waiting for you to catch a bad run, so they can take all your winnings, and this will be done with no warning, heads-up, message etc.
*Its licensed in Curacao, so you wont get any assistance from any government.
