They need a better live chat. Everytime I go to use it they are offline or go offline just before I get to the start of the queue. It's quite frustrating. There terms and conditions aren't available on the mobile version which I think is a bit unfair.

Like most sites I dislike that live chat isn’t 24hrs. I find myself playing later on in the evenings and would prefer to have a live agent to chat with should any issues arise.
