Requested a withdrawal about a month ago from europalace casino or 4011 euro...I proceeded to send them all requested documents and received a confirmation from them that my account was fully verified on march 24th.

Here we are 17 days later and still no payment... I attempted several times on chat and was told my payment was coming and that they would email me... 3 weeks later and 7 times on chat and zero emails back.

Euro Palace Casino - Refused $27,000 payment, blocked account, zero info

Hi there:

Euro Palace casino locked my account for no reason when I was still waiting for my $27067 withdrawal. Hopefully I can get help from AskGamblers with my online casino account and withdraw issues.

I registered my account on Nov 25 at Euro Palace Casino and starting my online gaming right away. I was lucky enough that ended up winning upwards to $27067. I choose to stop playing and submit my withdraw request on Nov 26. Since all my verification documents has been verified. I thought withdrawal should be processed after 24hours pending. I start to contact casino thought their live chat since Nov 28 ask about my withdrawal processing status, they told me that my withdrawal request has been sent to their operation department, will be processed soon. I choose to trust them and keep waiting my withdrawal. During the period of Nov 28 to Dec 05, I almost checking with their live chat everyday trying to find out what's my withdrawal status, as I mentioned above, always get back with the same answer and they ask me to wait for their email and response which I never receive any feedback from them. I have no idea what's going on and why took so long to process my withdrawal.

Until Dec 05, I found that I can't login to my account. I was so upset since I still haven't got my withdraw yet. I contact their live chat support and I was shocked that they locked my account with no reason and no explanation, they also said the account has been locked by their management team decision and my withdraw will not be processed. This is definitely fraud. What an annoying and unfair. They don't deserve to be trusted. Please help!

Euro Palace Casino - Unjustified refusal of €2,900 payment

Hello Askgamblers team,

I did deposit two times to europalace casino, 4.7.2019. Both times i got 100% deposit bonus with 50-times wagering rules. First deposit i did lose and second one i got winnings up to 2900e. Games (slots) i played were Bookie of odds, Bloodsuckers 2 and Jimi Hendrix, none of these were forbidden. Bet sizes that i used didnt exceed their max bet limit.

First withdrawal i asked was about 4-5hours lateer, 5.7.2019. They asked documents for KYC-process so i sent them and they accepted my documents. Then 3 days later i hadn't hear of them anything, so i did another withdrawal amount of 2500e. Again, i didnt hear anything from then.

I asked 15.7.2019 via their live-chat, is there something wrong with my withdrawals. There I find out they have decided not to pay my winnings, only return my deposit. They didnt let me know this decision, i had to find it out myself. I asked reasons for this and it was "irregular play". I have followed their rules so this seems faulty accusations to me.

I hope there is all information you need to solve this, i think i havent done anything wrong and I deserve to get my winnings (c. 2900e).

Euro Palace Casino - Confiscated unfairly legitimately won money

Hi, please AskGamblers, help me get my withdrawal from this fraud casino group.

To start the story, I've played LOTS of different casinos. So I found this Euro Palace Casino that looked really good, I liked the layout and I thought it fit me perfect with all the different games. Casino, Live blackjack, Roulette etc.
So I started in Oktober 2018 so make a couple of deposits, I lost most of them. Then I got a bonus offer, I think it was 100% bonus, so I thought I'd give it a shot. I looked through all the terms & coniditons and I am SURE I didn't break ANY rule.
So the maxbet was 75kr. I usually bet 30kr, but since I got a 100% bonus I thought I could bet 60kr, like I did.
I had a really good rush and I made it up to 56000kr (5600€~). I was aware that I had to wager my money and I did that - still without breaking any rules.

After I had finished my wagering I kept playing for weeks, maybe months. I played blackjack, live roulette, Live blackjack etc. I didn't have the same luck and lost my money to 40000kr. I thought it'd still be a good win and I asked the support if they needed any verification so my withdrawal would go smoother. They asked for my verifications and I sent everything.

I still keept playing after my verification was done and I went up and down with my winnings, until I hit the 40000kr again. Then I got a e-mail that the EuroPalace would be shut down for swedish players at the end of the year. So I made the withdrawal around 20 dec - I heard nothing for a week and I wrote to the support again 28 dec (friday), they said everything looks fine and that my withdrawal would been paid out LATEST monday (31 dec), because of holidays.
I went to the support at monday and they still said everything looks fine and that it would take max 24h until I have the money on my bank account.
Two days later, today (2 Jan). I write to the support and asking what's going on. They are telling me that I wont get my money and I broke the bonus rules almost 3 months ago??. I asked what I did and they said I made 500kr bet (mostly 160kr bet). On the roulette and Blackjack.
I told them that that was AFTER I wagered my bonus and it was "my money" on the account - he said that he was sorry and couldnt help me - I needed to send them an E-mail and that they will look at it.

Please ASKGAMLBERS, help me with this one!

Euro Palace Casino - Hidden ''theft'' via bonus system glitch

Euro Palace Malta Gaming Authorities License Numbers MGA/CL3/542/2008 (issued 16th June 2015) and MGA/CL1/1404/2017 (issued 29th November 2017) and MGA/CL1/932/2013 was issued on 6 November 2014 Dear Sir or Madam, thanks for giving me the chance to fully cooperate with you and keeping you updated. The online casino Euro Palace which belongs to the addressed Digimedia Ltd. Group committed fraud by tooking up to 97.15 percent of my deposits. Instead of booking them on cash credits they did so on bonus credits. In consequence I never had the chance to withdraw, or see any of my winnings any elsewhere then in the Bonus amount. These wrong bookings are not visible at a glance, I discovered it coincidentally and found out that this was not a single mistake. And it is reproducible. By that time I already had deposited more than 8.000 EUR. The support team first denied the wrong bookings, so I deposited more money and collected evidence by filming, doing screenshots and saving the along going chats. Finally they admitted, that there was an unexplainable “system error” but corrected only the last deposit. I sent them over a tiny little part of my evidence and asked to give me all of my deposits back because I deposit money for a fair chance of winning and not for a zero chance. Also I can only risk my money fair when it is fully on the cash credit balance booked, which it was not. All these distorted bookings have not only led to a complete wrong amount of my withdrawable cash balance at any time in favor to the Casino. It also made sure, that I did not have a one digit chance of winning while I was gambling. This comes from the terms and conditions in combination with the bonus fraud. As the support team was completely aware of the “system error” while it still happened again and again and only gets corrected when I discovered it before gambling a single Euro, this is a clear case of bonus fraud along with direct stealing from deposits. The support team still refuses to give me back my deposits. They argue that I gambled the Bonus money instead and should have complained earlier. But we are here not talking a system error. This is clearly theft, as the Casino employees knew that these things happen before I deposited. And theft stays theft, no matter when you discover it! The bonus money was neither withdrawable nor did I ever had the chance to withdraw any of my winnings as bonus money is bound to strong rules to become real money. Most of my winnings were not visible as they were falsely booked on my bonus balance. It`s like stealing someone`s money from his bank account and when he discovers it while you are stealing it, you say “oh, that happened by mistake due to a system error” and give the money back, but else you just keep the money and even keep on stealing a day after. Especially bold, you even refuse to give it back. In order to let the E-Mail get not too long, I only send you 2 videos of a single transaction, together with the associated chat histories. Further evidence is available. For the repayment of the above listed deposits during the definitive period of time of the fraud, in total 8.614,00 EUR, I set Digimedia Ltd. under deadline 28th of March. Any winnings in my account balance result from fair gaming out of the last (corrected) deposits I made, so they are my legal property and have to be transferred as well. Furthermore, I askes Digimedia Ltd. kindly to hand out the full accounting documents regarding my account. In special, it has to be apparent on which account my money has been booked to. Definitely not to the account behind my cash credits balance. Maybe the Digimedia Ltd. Group itself is a victim of some employees when smaller and bigger parts of customer transactions are booked to accounts of the brains behind that fraud system. So, if I was one of the owners of the Digimedia Ltd. and feel accused wrong, I would let a group of auditors check the accounting of the Euro Palace. So he has no reason to control and he does not know that he has to hover over “balance” to see the composition of bonus and cash. He just does not see or has any idea, that he has already become the victim of a theft. In this video, you see that from the 50 Euro deposit, 20,29 EUR have not been credited. Instead the Casino secretly raised the bonus that has to be wagered (50 times as shown in the terms and conditions before acceptance, so the correct wagering requirements should in this case result in 2750 Euro to wager with 50 Euro own money.) Very hard to find, but when you know where and check the requirements, you can see which requirements the system brought to me, in this case I got 10656,80 EUR wagering requirements which is instead of a 50 times wagering 55 Euro with 50 Euro own money, a wagering of 183 times. This decreases the chances of winning dramatically. In other deposits I received with 100 Euro deposit even only 2,85 Euro own money and had requirements of 28.000 Euro. You can also see, that without having gambled a single Euro the system tells me, that I gambled for 552,66 Euro already, which can lead to breaking bonus rules and gives the Casino maybe rights to not cash out (if you make a winning against all odds). As far as I can see, there are also manipulated "play checks". Coinsidentally I saw a game there I did not play at that time and whil I could open details for the games I played, I could not do that in the Game 150636, screenshot attached. In the end of the video you see me starting a live chat with HannaH at 08.00 PM which is completely in a text file stored and comes along with this E-Mail. So that you can see that no text has been changed, I also recorded the beginning of the chat in Video 09. The system operator also claims that this “system error” would only exist on my account. I am an IT professional and as an IT professional I can tell, that this is nearly impossible. It is fully automated theft and I don`t think that they use another system on other accounts. Euro Palace Casino - Stalling verification and withdrawal

I was verified with all needed documents until I made a withdrawal of 4K. All of a sudden the verification process had to be done again because the last verifiaction was older then three month. (So they let me know after 4 days). This is strange enough, but never the less I sent new documents. 24 hours later came the reply that the copies of my Visa cards were not clear enough and asked me to do the copies again. So, I did the copies again. 300 dpi, in color, front and back in JPG format. I am a IT professional, trust me, I am able to do a clear scan with a 400 EUR scanner model. The quality is awesome good. But guess what, after 24h they came up with the reply that the copies were not clear enough (they wrote, that the copies were washed by the sending process - which is funny because this is technically impossible. I did not send them through rain, but via E-Mail). Anyway, they still resist to process my withdrawal. They cancled my withdrawal and again ask me to send new copies. As I sent them through E-Mail and uploaded the copies as well in the casino software they do already have perfect copies of my Visa cards and it is highly senceless to do the scans again.

Free spins for second deposit not recieved.. I deposited a second time to Euro Palace for 30 free spins on Win Sum dim sum but the slot kept giving an error ( I tried at least 50x or more) saying " a general error has occurred contact support" which I did immediately.. The agent told me it was my device even though I tried on multiple different ones.. I had kept trying every few days.. On August 31 2016 i received an offer by mail from Euro Palace Casino. The offer was 120% deposit match. I went to the store and purchased a virtual pre-paid MasterCard in the amount of $200. I always use this type of payment method as i have no other option. I had to fight with online chat support to honer the offer. I deposited $100 , that gave me a total of $220 to play. I started to play the slots. As usual not much winning so i decided to try the game Fortune Lounge. Going into the game i had about $260. It took me down to $70 before i received a bonus. After the bonus was complete my amount was back to approximately $224. I did one spin and noticed $100 was missing from my amount. I immediately went to chat support. Apparently i still owed them close to $700 in fee's because they claimed i made a deposit's then withdrew it. Over and over furiously i told them i did not make deposit's then withdrew it. They wanted bank statements as proof. How in the F can i provide bank statements when i used a pre-paid credit card ? My bank account has never been and never will be linked to a casino because i won't allow it and my bank won't allow it. I do not and never have owned a credit card. WTF is going on here ? I can provide proof of the pre-paid MasterCard i used and a statement showing the payment to Euro Palace Casino. Not only did this ruin my night and shaken my trust with the Euro Palace umbrella of casino's but to be accused of such actions is slander at the least ! I am discussed and accuse THEM of fraud ! Euro Palace Casino - Difficult and slow withdrawal process

Last friday and saturday i made several deposits to Europalace.com using Skrill. Saturday morning I asked for a withdrawal of € 1100,-. Knowing that it can be difficult to withdraw I myself asked for a verification of my account and send them my drivers licence, utility bill, skrill screenshot of my account and recent bank statement. Then they responded on saturday afternoon with the following text: "Attachment on your previous email has been automatically removed as a result of it being sent to the incorrect document queue. Apologies on the inconvenience caused." Strange, because i send it to the emailadres they wanted me to send it. I received the next mail a few minutes later: "I've received it, thank you very much for that. I've escalated it to our player security department to review for you. Please allow anything from now to the next 24 hours for it to be verified." They ask me to be patient 24 hours.... Then out of the blue i received the following email: "We have received your mail and can confirm that we have received your documents and our player security department will review them shortly. Please allow up to 48 working hours for our player security department to review the documents, and if they require anything further form you they will be in contact with you. Additionally, once the documents have been accepted the standard turn-around times for your preferred method of payment (Visa) Please be advised that after your withdrawal has been requested it will enter a pending period of up to 48 hours, from there it will take between 3-7 working days for the funds to reflect in your account." Now they say it takes 48 hours and that my preffered method of payment is Visa.... I dont have visa nor ever had visa.... This morning I asked them what the status was since it was more then 48 hours after my first request and they replyed with: "Sander, I have spoken to the Security Department in this regard and they have unfortunately advised that they still need one or two more documents from you We therefore kindly request that you send the following documents in color for verification purposes: A Picture holding your Drivers License next to your face. We recommend that you please SCAN or DIGITALLY PHOTOGRAPH and email all the documents to the Casino and these documents should then be emailed to [email protected] where they will be verified by the Security Company and then saved for future reference as per E-Cogra requirements." Is it true that E-Cogra recuires a picture of me holding my drivers licence?? And are they even registered to E-Cogra? I dont know and at this but i am afraid of the answer... I spoke with someone on their livechat and she said she escalated it again and I would be informed again this afternoon. She did confirm all my documents have been received but somehow i don't feel things are going to work out ok for some reason.

Microgaming games.

This by far takes the cake for the worse casino I've played online. Promotions are horrible, and your deposit go extremely fast even on a minimum bet. Won't be returning for play here!

Could not take out, cause wrong bank name. Hard to get hold of customer service, no answer when I sent them mail that they asked. And in the end could not take out because it was in the wrong currency. Only option was the most expensive one in the end send it by check. Will never play on this poor customer service place again.

Euro Palace casino is run by Microgaming software. If you ask me this casino is a little bit different from other casinos run by Microgaming software.
Also this casino is different and more generous in the bonuses from the rest of the casinos from the Fortune Lounge Group. When I joined this casino there was a no deposit bonus offer of 10 euros for new players. After a big success on the beginning when I had some big wins playing Gypsy Queen luck turned it’s back on me and I soon lost all of my money.

Euro Palace casino unlike the other casinos from Fortune Lounge often offers free spins bonuses. I have to say that I never had a lot of luck and I would always have small wins from the free spins. For example only 2 or 3 euros wins. I made a deposit here for the first time a few days ago.

On my home address I got an email from Euro Palace with some promotional material. From the few bonus offers the one that caught my attention was an offer for 10 free spins on Avalon II. To get those 10 free spins I had to enter the code that came in the mail and make a minimum deposit of 20 euros.

I did all that and went to Avalon II. Avalon Ii is a very demanding game for my old PC. I set the graphic settings to minimum. Even with such settings this game has a very good graphic and animations. But unfortunately I had no luck on the free spins again. My total win from these free spins was only 1.9 euros.

After about half an hour of play I lost all of my deposit money and the money I got from the free spins bonus on Avalon II. My general impression even though I had no withdrawal here is that euro palace is a good and safe casino.

Another Micogaming Casino, licence in Malta, well this Maltese people should give me some reward after promoting Malta that much as a top destination, I am only kidding, of course. Well Malta is Malta and when I see theirs license at selected casino, yes I am ready to jump in! I meet this casino few months ago or so, when they were giving free chip as becoming their player.

But of course I took theirs generous offer, having 10 euros as a no deposit, well why not try before you buy, well that's my motto. So I did registered, didn't download the casino, but I played at their site, which many of the games can be found. The reason I didn't download the casino was, those games I wanted to play, they were here at the site so why bother to do that.
10 euro free chip is not that big amount, but who knows I might get lucky, well the true is I did wager few no deposit bonuses, even lower then this one. Right away I did opened Immortal Romance slot, played it at the minimum bet, which is 0.30 euros, played around 15 spins, but this game just sucked my free chip and didn't gave me anything.

Europalace casino is opened in 2010 year, and it has Microgaming software. For new players Europalace casino offers 1500 free play bonus, and that was one of only few such bonuses which I accept, because generally I did not like them.

On AskGamblers page stated that players can keep everything higher than this bonus, but is is not correct, casino allow me to keep only 100$, and only if I made deposit of 20$. Anyway I was happy with it, because it is nothing than 500% bonus on first deposit. Such free plays offers is good of course, but wagering requirements for this bonus is really high, and it is hard to win something from such bonus.

I had 120$ to play with at Europalace casino, and I start from Hellboy game. I betting 1$ per spin, and fast hit supermode. If someone did not know, in supermode Hellboy appears and add sticky wilds on reels. I get 5 such wilds during free spins, but far away from any pay line, and therefore did not win anything decent. After this I hit bonus feature, but lost on second stage, lol I had 20% to lose, and I hit wrong door of course, from 5 doors only one was blocked, and I choose it like a dummy.
After such bad luck I decide to play the Dark knight game, made around 200 spins and did not see any feature, so with 40$ left and open Immortal romance and start playing with 0.60 bets. I hit feature twice, but amber feature like always was cold, and I did not hit any 5 of a kind even without wilds, does not saying about great hit with wilds.

Europalace casino seems ok to me, but I played only once in this casino and can't tell you about extra things like withdrawal times or how they verify my account, I rate this casino with 6 stars.

Euro palace casino room is an amazing casino room. It also provides us with the facility of instant which is not something everyone has to offer, I would have joined this casino room ages ago but a layer told me that India is restricted on this room but then I found that it is not.

I still do not know why anyone would lie like this or may be he did not want me join this room because he lost a lot of money from me in poker and he must be scared loll. But eventually when I found out that Euro palace casino room is not restricted for Indians I went on to look at the welcome package they had to offer to its new users and it looked quite appealing to me and I decided to join this room right away.

This casino room has a lot of languages on I which was very interesting because I got to learn a lot of new things thanks to Euro palace. It supports almost all the payment modes and payment process is very swift but to be really honest a lot of other casino rooms are better than them when it comes to cashing out.
Another thing that I didn't like is that there is a limitation to withdrawing a certain amount every week. I never noticed this before with any casino room. They have a Microgaming software that supports this site and it is really cool and the games are very nice and they have a very wide variety of games to offer to its users. I was not really very happy with the design and the layout of the site and it was very boring. I love casino rooms which have a very interesting design and graphics but this casino room did not have that.

This casinos is powered by Microgaming, and I think it is another one 'not good not bad' Microgaming casino. Why do I think so? This days there is a lot of really amazing casinos which provides lot of slots, different bonuses and unique promotions, and when I see such casinos like Euro palace, I wonder how they will survive, if this days there is a lot of casinos which better than it. Welcome offer of Euro palace casino is also pretty average and nothing really impressive, or nothing that will make you think about casino even after making few deposits. For first deposit you can get 100 % bonus, and on second deposit Euro palace casino can give you 50 %. Nothing really impressive, I hope you agree with me. But I am always happy to get some bonus chips. I make two deposits in Europalace casino, and both of them was spent on my favorite Thunderstruck II, you know, I am most times choose Thunderstruck II and not Immortal romance, reason is my favorite feature on IR is last, and it is really hard to unlock it on new casino for me. And on TS II my favorite is second, so there is always some chances to unlock it and enjoy.

I run up against Euro Palace’s free €20 no-deposit bonus on the net several times and finally I decided to take it but after registration my balance wasn't credited so I asked about it via live chat. The operator told me they had no such promotion and informed me however I was still eligible to claim their generous 100% first deposit bonus. I told myself it’s not the same (later thinking about it, it’s no surprise because Microgaming casinos are not famous about throwing free money at players so I certainly mixed up with other casino) but I didn't want to leave with unfinished business so I deposited €75 to get the bonus and I had to wager it 30 times. Roulette also could be played however playing on it counted only 10% toward the bonus play through requirement.

If you can't find what you're looking for on the site you can choose to email, call or you can contact the live chat. Personally I prefer live chat. I would like to say that they are always well informed and helpful, but sometimes they just seem confused, but aren't so bad once they finally understand the question. You must be legal age to play, but if you are from United States, France or Israel it doesn't matter how old you are. You can not play in this casino. Go away.

Check the terms and conditions sometimes because they withhold the right to change them without notice and I'm certain that they do.
I love this paragraph in their terms and conditions:
-Accounts that remain inactive for at least 30 months shall be deemed to be dormant accounts. In other casinos is usually 180 days however don't leave your account hanging. Other than that their terms and conditions are standard and fair, nothing outrageous or obnoxious in them.

Playing:
I started with Twister. Twister is perhaps my favorite slot. I got the free spins. I decided to register here because they give a no deposit bonus to their new players.
So I register via special link to I able to get the no deposit bonus. I look after the terms and conditions and I saw the max cash out is 100 euro and before I able to make a withdrawal I need to make a deposit first.

So I downloaded the software and fulfill the registration process. After I registered successfully my account was 0 so I checked the no deposit conditions again. After I saw I need to enter my account number and my no deposit code their bonus page. So I entered everything and successfully get the 10 euro free. The wagering requirements isn’t was so high only 30x (like other Microgaming casinos). I decided to follow my old Microgaming receipt so I started to play with bars and stripes.

I played the minimum bet because I really knew this slot, (this was the first slot what I play with online casinos so I prefer it every time).
