This casino is a nightmare to try to get account verification. They make it extremely easy for you to deposit money to them, but then trying to withdraw it is virtually impossible. You have to send them scanned copies of personal bills, government issued documents, and your credit card, FRONT AND BACK copies. They did not mention that you should block out the 3 digit CSC number to avoid the risk of credit card fraud. They then refused my documents because the drivers license photo was deemed unclear. After rescanning my passport for them, I sent the documents through again. Verification could take up to 48hrs I'm told. Waited. Nothing. No verification. One week later I have to live chat to see what has happened. I'm then told after a considerable wait that they didn't accept the passport. I then told them that I wanted to close my account, after which they said an email that I would then have to sign and send back would be sent through within 2 hours. So far nothing after 6 hours and counting. This isn't a gaming site, this is most likely a front for an identity theft and credit card fraud ring. AVOID!

I think this is the only casino from the Fortune Lounge Group of casinos that I didn’t have an account in.Why was that so I have no idea. Probably I just forgot to make an account here.
