Some time, the bonuses are very few and far between. You will not get goodwill nor bonuses neither on mail campaigns or by request, so don't hold your breath, go somewhere else instead. I've never met a casino before that gave back less customers!!

I really dislike this casino and I went from a very dedicated player who played daily to someone who will not deposit another cent with them as they have very shady terms and conditions and will in my opinion use very dishonest tactics like stalling payment and then reverse withdrawal into players accounts without telling them. I requested 2 withdrawals one of $100,000 Canadian dollars and another the same week or $150,000 Canadian dollars both via e-check. it was the biggest win of my life. life changing win to tell you the truth, I had run it up from 250 euro tournament payout in which I placed 1st. I was super thrilled. I was then given the headache of dealing with verification with these guys. That took couple weeks... then they sent me a withdrawl to my Ecopays account of $5,000. which I hadn't requested. I should of had $250k in my bank account but because of the stalling and shady practices by the casino I ended up only a fraction of the amount I had requested for withdrawal. their max of 5k withdrawal limit per wk, is disgusting and something I wasn't even aware of. I then tried to locate their T&C's through the web site and couldn't even find the part of the max withdrawals. this site not very fair and doesn't support responsible gambling or any other ethical practices. I feel it hides behind their T&C and when challenged with anything says they will look into it but never follow through with it or to what outcomes are.
In the month of December I wagered enough to cash in on approx $30,000 in rewards point at a rate of $5 for 5,000 rewards points. I was entered into a promotion for VIP who wager the highest well the top get a bottle of scotch. I never received and scotch. or am able to find the results. I think that these promotions are for show and are not even legitimate. I would be impressed if anyone ever gets to win anything.

If Europalace rep wants to verify these claims or challenges them I will happily give them my username.

With regards to your withdrawals made at the casino around December last year, I do see that we paid you 5000 on the 9th of January and reversed the rest back into your account as per our weekly limit terms and conditions, it is unfortunate that you subsequently played out the balance of your withdrawal. “16.6. If your requested withdrawal amount (singular or cumulative lifetime withdrawals) is five times or more than your lifetime deposits across all Fortune Lounge casinos, the withdrawal amount will be released in lots of up to 5,000 credits per week. The remaining amount will remain in your account until you are eligible for a further withdrawal. Any deposits made after the date of withdrawal will not be included in this calculation. This clause will be applied at the discretion of the casino management. Wins from progressive games are exempt from this clause.”

It is due to the above that the casino reserved the right to reverse the balance of the withdrawal back into your account, once the funds have been reversed, the safe keeping of those funds is your responsibility as the player and what you choose to do with those funds is entirely up to you.

To withdraw, need more and more documents. Even a selfie of holding my passport. Two weeks later I still didn't recieved my money

Forced bonuses, even though you check the "No bonus this time" when you're making a deposit. I made a deposit for 30 euros, checked the "no bonus" and finalized the transaction. After this I saw that I had a bit over 50e in my account and after checking it out the casino had added me 20 something bonus.

Opened the live chat, soon enough there was a message that the customer service was on line and ready to help. I wrote my request and sent it. Nothing. No response. I tried again, and again, and only after 12 MINUTES of waiting there was a reply written in haste and bad English. At that point I was pretty frustrated and asked again just to remove the bonus, I'll be withdrawing the money right away without playing it.

The customer service removed the bonus, but didn't comment anything on my matter of withdrawal. Maybe no wonder, because when I tried to withdraw the money, the system told me that the minimum withdrawal would be 50e. So I gave up and just played the money down the drain, not even getting anything out of it.

Will not be playing here, ever again. Too much "surprise bonuses" added in without notifying you, even in middle of playing. Nice way to hook the player on the wager requirements.
