I really dislike this casino and I went from a very dedicated player who played daily to someone who will not deposit another cent with them as they have very shady terms and conditions and will in my opinion use very dishonest tactics like stalling payment and then reverse withdrawal into players accounts without telling them. I feel it hides behind their T&C and when challenged with anything says they will look into it but never follow through with it or to what outcomes are.

Forced bonuses, even though you check the "No bonus this time" when you're making a deposit. I made a deposit for 30 euros, checked the "no bonus" and finalized the transaction. After this I saw that I had a bit over 50e in my account and after checking it out the casino had added me 20 something bonus.
Opened the live chat, soon enough there was a message that the customer service was on line and ready to help. I wrote my request and sent it. Nothing. No response. I tried again, and again, and only after 12 MINUTES of waiting there was a reply written in haste and bad English. At that point I was pretty frustrated and asked again just to remove the bonus, I'll be withdrawing the money right away without playing it.
The customer service removed the bonus, but didn't comment anything on my matter of withdrawal. Maybe no wonder, because when I tried to withdraw the money, the system told me that the minimum withdrawal would be 50e. So I gave up and just played the money down the drain, not even getting anything out of it.
Will not be playing here, ever again. Too much "surprise bonuses" added in without notifying you, even in middle of playing. Nice way to hook the player on the wager requirements.

Some time, the bonuses are very few and far between. You will not get goodwill nor bonuses neither on mail campaigns or by request, so don't hold your breath, go somewhere else instead. I've never met a casino before that gave back less customers!!
