worst casino i ever saw.
1) verification took 1 month, even dint receive email what my account is verified
2) e-mail of support seems like not working, I sent them message and i receive auto-replay what message are not delivered
3) no live chat

Estoril Sol casino was added to AskGamblers only today but I know them for a little while now. I found a no deposit bonus ad for their casino that said that new members could get 10€ no deposit bonus. They are powered by GAMING1 software which I know nothing about, so I thought it would be the perfect opportunity for me to try out their services and who knows- maybe I will fall for the games as it has happened with Merkur software.
The registration was quite easy and I was required to verify my email address which I did smoothly. Then I went to the promotion section and saw the 10€ no deposit bonus. When I tried to claim it, I was directed to my account page and there was a message that in order to receive the freebie, I must upload my verification documents. I had no problems with that and I sent all the required things right away. Few hours passed and no answer from them, a day and still nothing. About a week later I tried to reach them but since they have no live chat option, it is quite hard to get in touch. I did write an email inquiry asking them about my account and it took them over a day just to get back to me and they told me that unfortunately there are no news to my situation as my documents are still being verified. This conversation took over a week later since my initial document upload.
Needless to say that I registered there on 12th August and even today my account is still not verified nor I have heard anything back from them. Situations like this make me doubt casinos trustworthy as I don't enjoy sending my passport copy around the net. I also tried depositing option but I can't do anything with my account- can't claim bonus, deposit just nothing. Extremely upsetting, so given the fact that they are a new casino, I hope they will improve all of these things as right now the experience I've had is unacceptable.

The lack of games, they should have more slots and sometimes the withdraw could be pretty annoying for taking too much time and to clarify if you withdraw some amount take care because you can't have one more pending withdraw and there is nothing you can't do about that.
