I've had trouble making a deposit & customer service was very inconsistent & not very skilled with the information they provide. I had to ask 2 representative 2 of the same questions in which I was provided 2 different answers.

The bonus rollover is absurd. I can understand house advantages but their rollover fulfilled is unheard of. Ex. 5000 is your rollover. Rollover fulfilled is 2 points every $10 you wager. Not the amount of money you wager like other casinos but they go by point system. Let me repeat... for every $10 you wager that 2 points & you have 5000 points to rollover. I'm no mathematician but do I need to say more?

Fast response from payouts department and great communication. Flash based casino has all games that can be used from a browser - might require regular updates from Java, but worked on a Macbook using Chrome and Firefox. Decent selection of games to play and all interfaces and website are clean and easy to use.

Might be difficult for some players to have a viable checking account to get a wire transfer (required on first two cashouts). Cash grab games are very tiny and are some of the oldest games in that series.
