Didn't think much of this site at first but it has grown on me.quirky little games and honestly for once I felt I got play value for my money but then I read there was a 4 DAY pending period on withdrawals. Yes, 4 days so went on to live chat...

I don't like, for example, when you make a deposit and on each spin you win nothing. It's like you are on some kind of losing algorithm. Zero. How can you leave a review when they won't even let you play? Unbelievable. Bare in mind the below is also based on the fact that I was recommended to this casino.
Be EXTREMELY wary of Dr Slots. I've recently signed up (unbelievably) from a recommendation and didn't receive their 'verification' text (and there was a point in the sign up process where you can actually update this number) - but I chose to quickly chat to a support chap named Aaron as normally I find support to be...well, supportive. (Please bare in mind, this is AFTER THEY ALLOW YOU TO DEPOSIT - I put in £100)
This was the opposite.
I asked said 'support' if I could perhaps update my mobile number given that I haven't received the SMS - I was told this was impossible and that mobile numbers can only be changed with them EVERY 3 MONTHS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - This is despite having an option to update the number during the registration process (I know, it sounds beyond unreal at this point)
So I called my network provider as per Aarons suggestion and they've ensured me that there's no filters, no block, no message found (it was recommended to me by Aaron that I called my network provider - it of course is NOT DR Slots fault at all)
I took a screenshot of Aaron and I's convo for safe-keeping.
Will update if this gets resolved - am going through resolver with a view to reporting to IBAS.
Save yourself a tonne of hassle and forget this casino. I cannot spread this review fast enough, I want people to be educated when you have casinos such as this one trying to do this to punters.

Met the bonus funds wagering and ‘withdrew’ £190 from ‘cashable funds’ for only £50 to go in to my bank account! Found out that there is a £50 bonus funds limit, this is very very misleading as there was no clear mention of this when I was withdrawing the funds! So basically I didn’t get the amount I was believed to have been getting but also lost £140 of the £190 that I withdrew! They should state when withdrawing the ‘cashable funds’ that the case is in-fact that I couldn’t withdraw it all, could of at least left the £140 on the account to play!!! Extremely disappointed!!

Ridiculous length of time you have to wait for a withdrawal!! Requested mine on 15th September and still waiting!! I won £150 On Dr slots. Took them 1 month to process the payment. I got a text saying they were only giving me £50 of the winnings that I fairly won. I contacted them and they said it was due to terms. I asked what happened to the other 100 and they said they removed it from my account.

I won £40 from the introductory free spins, and your funds do seem to last a long time with lots of little wins along the way to give plenty of play-time for your money. My win was on the 11th April and I'm still waiting for them to pay (23rd May) I had to upload ID and had to contact them to speak to someone. I requested a call back from them. The first call immediately cut off in less than a ring, the second I answered very quickly and was advised how to upload the docs and that it'd take 7-10 days after that to process. This was because the initial win was before I'd used a card to credit the account, (even though I had done so since.) So I uploaded and waited. And waited. Tried to contact them through chat but no-one was available. No response from Facebook (They can't deal with account queries apparently). So eventually I reached someone over 48 hours ago now, who confirmed that they did have my documents and that my withdrawal would be passed for processing. My withdrawal is still available to reverse now 2 days later so nothing's happened yet. So 6 weeks after my win and I'm still not there.Very slow process and no adequate reason given as to why. Shame because the withdrawal process has been the only negative really! But it's a significant one.
