Dice Arena is a full-bodied online casino with a modern approach to online gaming. To power its games Dice Arena uses Jadestone and Play'N Go, two young software platforms that brings a fresh look to their casinos. The casino is licensed in the jurisdiction of the Åland Islands as an official online gaming operator.
Games
One of Dice Arena's priorities is appealing to as many different types of gamblers as possible. They begin with their library of slots. Players can enjoy two categories of slot games: three-reel classic games and five-reel bonus video slots. Unlike most online casinos, there's about an equal number of both of these. Although the graphics are excellent and the payout potential is good, Dice Arena's slots do not compare to the larger platforms in terms of variety.
Those who enjoy table games, however, can enjoy Dice Arena's well-rounded selection. The casino offers players three different variations of both blackjack and roulette, as well as other favorites like baccarat, war, Three Card Poker, and casino hold'em. The games all feature a real dealer voice and are available in a wide range of bet sizes.
Video poker enthusiasts have very little to choose from at Dice Arena. They offer players two variants: Deuces Wild and Jacks or Better, both available in single-hand and four-hand denominations. Although the selection is limited, both of the games use smooth animations and immersive sound quality.
Support
Dice Arena does their best to answer any questions or concerns players may have. Their Support page provides players with two modes of contact. The primary method is email. Although the replies are certainly not instant, players can rest assured that the response will be accurate and provided as quickly as possible. Please note that the support team is only available from 0900 - 1700 Central European Time (CET).
Security and Fairness
Dice Arena understands that the Internet can be a scary place. To ensure that their players do not risk losing personal or financial information by playing, they have installed various security technologies on their network. These are outlined in detail in the Privacy Policy, but the most important protocol is 128-bit SSL encryption, which makes it impossible for anyone to see the data you send to the casino for verification, registration, or banking.
Players who are concerned about getting a fair game should have nothing to worry about. Because Dice Arena uses Play'N Go and Jadestone software, the games themselves are being audited on a regular basis by the software companies. Although Dice Arena does not post any of these randomness tests on its website, they are being conducted.
