Long story short. Saw the advert on the web about a 100% deposit bonus through the wager system. Deposited some money with my card. Completed wagering system. As it is asked when you withdraw > 200 euros you need to verify your profile.

I understand that verification can take up to 3 days or longer. I sent all the info in the profile, even sent via email to [email protected], wrote to [email protected], and got zero answers, to questions that were not even about verification silence too,

I asked was all good but got no reply, yesterday contacted support and he just said "Will be checked today" and got no answer afterwards. Even before writing this complaint tried to reach support via chat. Nobody answered and even looked at it ;)

Dexterbet has been withholding withdrawal since the 23rd of February.

My account has been fully verified. And I have had numerous withdrawals from them previously.

I have followed this up with them multiple times by email, but I have not received a reply. I have attached a screenshot showing my attempts at contact, along with another showing the pending withdrawals.

I also made a formal complaint yesterday but I have not yet had a response, or indeed my withdrawal.

The total amount of the withdrawals is €3759.77.

€1000 was sent to me and gratefully received, but nothing since, leaving €2759.77 outstanding, as shown in the attached screenshot.

Any help you could give would be much appreciated and please don't hesitate to ask if you need anything more from me.

I have a withdrawal of 600 CAD from 27th Feb. not been processed yet.

My documents were sent the same day, and support and KYC do not reply to my messages, not either my emails.

The chat window disappeared, look at it yourself.

I have my screenshots and a confirmation mail, a screenshot of my withdrawal, and my balance.

I have played couple of weeks on Dexterbet casino both live casino games and sports betting, now I have around 2700eur (real money, no bonus) on my account and tried to withdraw the first 1000 one week ago (2024-02-07 18:05:05).

I have uploaded verification documents the same day, but since then the withdrawal request is just pending, although it is said that withdrawals are processed within 24 hours.

I wrote some emails to the contact address, but never got an answer. I would like to know if my verification documents are ok, no answer.

I have a 1000EUR withdrawal pending and another 1721,69 on my account, which I actually want to withdraw as well. But there is just no reaction from dexter side and I don't understand why noone is answering. Neither in the chat, nor by mail.

Could you please help here?

Hello, I have a problem with Dexterber casino. They hold my withdraw form 17 december. It is not normal i think. Please help me. I completed my kyc verification two weeks ago. They reset to zero all my bets. I try to make a withdrawal, they cancelled it. I have attached correspondence with the support service to the letter.

Hello. I have a problem with https://www.dexterbet.com. My login is < removed >. 48 hours have passed, which is the maximum time they claim for withdrawing funds. I requested 350 euros. After 24 hours, I wrote to them to find out when they would withdraw the funds, they wrote in the chat about some kind of verification against me, although I had already passed the verification, then my chat disappeared completely, I started writing to them by email, but they don't answer. Complete ignorance. Before that, I ordered 26 euros for withdrawal, they assured me that they sent it to me, in the end, then I started asking for txid and transaction id, they then said that there was an error, in the end it was written that they were withdrawn, but in fact they were not.I would have waited some more time, but such an attitude on their part, such as turning off the chat and remaining silent on my letters, makes me think that I have encountered scammers.
