Waiting for my withdrawal since January 24th

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Anton, and I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue I have encountered with the withdrawal process on the Dexterbet platform.
Upon registration, I explicitly declined any bonuses, including deposit bonuses, and solely engaged in live chess betting. I have meticulously recorded all my bets, and I am prepared to provide documentation upon request. After successfully increasing my balance to 800 euros, I decided to withdraw 100 euros. However, my withdrawal request has been ignored for almost two weeks.
Despite my efforts to contact support through the online chat and the designated support email address, I have received no response. I have also submitted all required documents for verification, received confirmation of successful verification, and was assured that my withdrawal would be processed. Regrettably, it remains unconfirmed to date.

I kindly request an immediate investigation into this matter and a prompt resolution of the withdrawal delay.
