Dexterbet is not responding to withdrawal requests


I have played couple of weeks on Dexterbet casino both live casino games and sports betting and now when I made my first withdrawal request one week ago I haven't heard anything back from them. They don't respond to emails or live chat even tho they claim to be available during those hours.

I have uploaded my documents and asked what might be the problem but no answer. I have two 1000€ withdrawals pending and on top of that about 3000€ on my balance so I wish I at least could get some response from them what is taking so long to proceed.

I got finally my 1000€ withdrawal request and other one I already had cancelled as nothing seemed to happen. Everything is ok now on my end.

I can see in our system that you have requested one withdrawal of 1.000 euros and our team has already approved it on 21.11.2023, i can't see any pending withdrawals, i can just see that you have an active balance on your account.
