I don't really have anything good to say about this casino. They did have some great selection of games but a while ago games and providers disappeared.

I had the worst experience at Das Ist Casino. I am a VIP member for over 4 years I have deposited many thousands there and have never been treated so badly! I have a withdrawal pending for 15 days now, my VIP manager not responding to my emails, support is not responding, live chat is always unavailable, they all abandoned this place! This casino is a part of N1 Interactive Ltd casinos and they should act about their behavior. Askgamblers should remove their Certification of Trust and next some one should blacklist Das Ist Casino.

Daz Ist casino is not much of a subpar site but then it also has a lot of good points to talk about. The first would be their impact on the players on the site since that they did listen to the past feedbacks on their game selection. There are a lot of people who say that they still needed more games to choose from but I think that the win in this site is the variety of payment methods available in the long run. That is why I love to play on this site since it is not much hassle.

There are so many downsides on this site but I think that the only thing that I can take note of is the lack of a reasonable design in the games. They do have some great picks but the site loses some great quality due to their poor design and layout. Furthermore, the lack of customer service that can be relied upon makes it really hard for players who are always complaining in the long run. That is very important for any site that is hoping to make the most of their chances to hook a lot of players.

Based on my experience playing this casino for how many years...I do love all the provider's games they have...I can play all my favorite games because all providers of the games that I like are here in this casino... Easy to talk to an agent in the live chat...agent are approachable and make sure that they resolve your problem

This casino is for me the best casino from all those online casino’s. The slots they have like pragmatic, netent etc etc.. they got them all.

The site is fun to play at because of the very generous amount of free spins. The offers range from 25 to a whopping 700 free spins on top of cash bonuses. I could make do with the same bonus for a long time until expiration.

Speaking of expiration, that is the major problem that I encounter. I almost always end up wasting a couple of hundred free spins before the entire thing expires. I don't have much nice to say about this casino. Deposits work fine and slots from many providers are available. Thumbs up for a casino made in Germany.

STAY AWAY! This casino will treat you horrible if you win big, see my complaint on AskGamblers labelled "Withdrawal was cancelled and Casino is not cooperating". Support is rude, unhelpful and even closes chat in the middle of the conversation. When emailing support most of the time you get an instant email back that their "Inbox is full". After many documents, 60 days of emailing/chatting and thanks to askgamblers my winnings were paid out.

After winning a substantial amount they were trying to stall the payment. Got fully verified 2 times and they still didn't process the withdrawals. Terrible.

I don't know why they did this. But I didn't even get a compensation or formal sorry. In the end I uploaded the same documents without any problems and they verified it finally.

Hi. Transactions in this casino are fast. I don't like sending my documents for verification but since the process was fast, it became okay for me. Many games qualify for wagering requirements so the bonuses are used well.

Loyalty program. What they have is not a loyalty program, you just reach the top level and then you realize you did not get any rewards they list. When you inquire with support, they explain you did not opt-in for deposit bonuses and therefore you did not get any rewards from the loyalty program as well. It is illogical. But you do not miss anything because rewards are some free minimum-bet spins in games that I do not like and very small cash rewards (the top reward is €150 and you have to spin through dozens of thousands of € to reach it). Their slot selection is probably only good part about this site. Everything else, including live chat and bonus terms that seemingly change on daily basis doesn't warrant 1/10 stars so if I could give them 0 stars, I would do so. They had really horrible bonus terms, changed it to better so I changed my previous review but now its just as bad if not worse, so I have to change my review again to warn unsuspecting players.

Misleading bonus terms. Horrible live support.

Bonus says its 60x wagering which is on its own bad already, but its 60x ONLY for a few slots and all other slots (like 98% slots) contribute 60% of that 60x only so its almost 90x wagering actually.

Its unethical to have only 19 softswiss slots contribute 100% and state that's your default wagering, when almost all slots have much higher wagering requirements. They have probably around 1000 slots or more and 19 of those fully contribute to wagering. And yet they say its 60x wagering.

All bonuses, unless otherwise stated, need to be wagered 60 (sixty) times before any funds can be cashed out.
SoftSwiss Slots – 100%, slots of all the other game providers - 60%

and as a cherry on top, max cashout on free spins on their site is... 20 eur. So even if you do get some free spins from them (which doesn't really happen at all), you cant cashout more than 20 from them. But that's not all, because you can't even cashout your 20 eur just like that, as you have to deposit... 25 eur and wager it 5 times (!??!) to be able to cashout your 20 eur winnings!!! Its like the most vile person wrote these terms and its really hard to find casino with so horrible bonus rules out there.

To withdraw the winnings from the no deposit freespins, a player should make a minimum deposit of 25 Euro in equivalent and wager the deposit sum no less than 5x times before requesting the cashout.
