Serious delay in payments!

I have 9 requested withdrawals, in general (2765$). 02/10/2015 i requsted my first withdraw and still waiting for it. The last withdraw was on 15/11/2015. All my requests today are in process. Every day managers said that it will be pay tommorow, but it nothing.I'm tired of waiting my money.

January 31 I put money on cashing. The rules stated that money on electronic purses paid up to 48 hours! It was a full week, and the money was never paid. Today during the day contacted the manager of the casino, and he promised that the money will be paid until the end of the working day. As a result, the money has not been paid. Bottom line: I think that the casino does not pay with a view to the player undisciplined and lost everything! Do not advise anyone to have affairs with this casino!

Games and software not working, decline request for a refund of my deposit

I am very worried about the legitimacy of Crystal casino. I opened an account with them on 28th October and deposited 50 Euro. EVERY slots game returns an error code of '0' so I am unable to play any of their games. None of the links I click on work - e.g. installing their own plug-in, messaging their support, NOTHING WORKS! I emailed them to ask them to refund my money and was told to request a withdrawal through the 'my account' section of their website which I did but it stays pending for days and the 50 euro remains showing in my account. I have emailed them a few times since demanding my money back and am told I will lose a percentage as I haven't turned over enough of my deposit(even though I had no bonus!). I told them this was unfair as I am unable to turnover any of the money as I cannot access any of their games. I finally agreed they could deduct their percentage and have now had an email saying they are having problems with refunding money to cards and suggesting I open a money booker account! I have played at many different casinos and never experienced anything like this - they should be refunding my deposit back to the card I paid with. I am not happy to open a money booker account so it appears my deposit is dead money.

I do not even know how to start a complaint. In short Crystlacasino pulled pulled a conclusion today representative gave a bunch of promises. Tipo wait wait wait. And here is a topic: After 2 hours, the message comes in a personal and begins .... And for some action you have come to us, then, behold, shorter on the face FRANK Scam PLAYER!

Waited waited, did not understand what was to come up with and came up with this nonsense ... Tipo on shares with a letter Fortune 300 is the maximum output was 100 bucks, but we brought you in error 15000 leave them myself, but I do know that this shares no max. output. Neither the game rules about it, nor by letter, as the operator said all the conditions about the max cash out nothing ! But the most interesting thing that I personally know people who are on the Fortune 300 shares and like the previous Play Conquer that come directly to the post office was withdrawn from 30-50 thousand without any problems, if you need to contact them and provide any evidence! And this type of kidka it's very funny.

I do not think CristalCazino wants blacklisted. I hope for their prudence.

New Microgaming Casino is in Town, well they are not that new, but new to me, because they were established in 2013 and licence Curacao. I read few reviews of them, that they pay pretty fast,well that's good sign for new casino, isn't it? I came across this Crystal Casino on one site, when they were offering 7 euros free chip, just to join theirs casino, there was some code, which is needed to clam it via live chat. So of course I registered and I liked about this casino, there was not necessary to download the casino, but to play on their website.

I finished with the sign up process, really fast and contacted their support. The support chat was nice, but didn't like, because I had to wait more then 3 minutes and the chat told me to wait in line or for my turn to get the free chip .Actually there was no free chip added, but just when you sign in and go to cashier, you need to convert those points which you get when you are registering and that way you got 7.77 euros. So not so bad, at least its a free chip, but honestly 7.77 euros, it's not that much money, so you can play Microgamaing slots. I choose to play Break Away slot, just because that game has 0.15 euros minimum bet and I really like this slot, because even it is 0.15 euros bet,it can surprise you .

I was playing for a while, but lost half of the money so I changed the slot and played Break the Bank Again, and another minimum bet of 0.9 euros. Well not even this time, I was playing very short time and I lost all the bonus. Well I tried their slots and didn't work well for me. Well still don't know much about them, but at least they are giving free chip, so it's worth to try.
