This casino has stolen funds I have deposited and not added them to my balance. Despite multiple emails and contact with support they ignore you and support deactivated me from live chat and contacting them. This is no more than theft
Nothing works. Email support never reply. No support for gambling addiction, no limits available etc. Also if you state you are addicted and request to close the account on chat (the only way you can get an answer from them), they close the account and confiscate the funds lol ridiculous.
This website claims to have an extensive VIP program during signup but had no program once I deposited! This went on for several weeks until the website built one. They did not give back date any of the benefits I earned.
Next, the VIP program consists mainly of free spins. The website glitches all the time so as a player, I changed VPNs. Well turns out when you change VPNs, you lose all your rewards. This happened to me three times, either from Weekend Spins or Leveling up through VIP, for a total of over 2000 euro. This website denied it being an issue until finally admitting it. They refuse to correct the issue or give me back the free spins.
Finally, I deposited 50+ times over 500 euro per deposit and didn’t have ONE withdrawal!!!!
So why did I stay with them for so long? I truly thought if I was loyal to a website that is just starting off that they would take care of me since I’m supporting them despite having an incomplete website. What an idiot I was! This website does not have any customer service. Takes days to get a response
