Dear Cobracasino player, We are sorry that you didn't receive your Tuesday free spins. We checked our internal reports and we confirm that the bonus was triggered a number of times each of the last few Tuesdays. This essentially means that it wasn't a general bonus issue but one specific to your account. Our bonus codes are case sensitive, that could be the reason for not getting the free spins. Another common reason is a spelling mistake on the bonus code. Either way, we are happy to credit you the free spins if you contact us again - our Customer support team has been instructed to act quickly in such instances. Kind regards, The Cobracasino team
Amazing casino. Canadian player signed up on Saturday, made deposit for 125$ with 100% bonus. Wager is 40x deposit, so 5000.00 for me. Max bet is like 7 cad and the few restricted games with bonus are auto disabled so very hard to break bonus terms.
I completed my wager that same Saturday, withdrawal 1250.00 cad.
I upload documents on same Saturday, asking for id, address proof and bank proof.
Today is Tuesday and i just received the text from gigadat interac for my withdrawal which i will receive Wednesday.
That is 3 business day turn around from first time signup, to money in my account. Very pleased.
Lots of providers. Only one i couldn't find is BLUEPRINT, which is normal not available for Canadian players anyways.
They have cashback weekly as well. Between the time i deposit and wager, on Monday they provided 45$ cashback. Maybe its like 0.5% of wager but it increases the more active my account is, like a tier vip system, pretty decent once you get up a level or two.
So far no complaint. Maybe the only suggestion is to email me with confirmation that my withdrawal is being processed immediately after I submit it. Took like 24 hrs or so for an initial response regardless if approved or not.
Dear Cobracasino player, We are glad that you like our site - we do our best to offer a great player experience and comments like mean a lot to us. Also note that your suggestion to send a confirmation email when a withdrawal is requested has been added to our roadmap and it will be implemented in the coming days. We will keep you updated. Kind regards, The Cobracasino team
Lots of really good games. Verification was done within one hour and withdrawal is pending approval straight away. No email communication but their live chat is very fast (less then 5 mins for a response) and really helpful.
Good games selection, Softswiss platform which has a lot of responsible gaming options. But all of this doesn't matter when u need to wait more than 4 days for withdrawal a small amount of money and support can't give u any time frames.
Withdrawal just 1.4k$ more than 4 days, support can't give you any information. Only "wait", "asap" and etc.
This is absolutely unacceptable in 2020 when most of casino do it in 1 hour or less.

Good games, nicely laid out. Good choice of deposit options. Bonuses, I'm not too sure about. Made a deposit with bonus code TU100 for Tuesday free spins, never got the free spins.
I would be careful with this casino, as I said, made a deposit for the Tuesday free spins but never received them. Contacted live chat, absolutely no use. Waiting 20 minutes on chat without receiving any help. Be careful with this one. Seems they offer fake bonuses and support don't want to help.
