Refund delayed due to casino being unresponsive

I wish to make about casino4dreams casino. On march 15th I opened up an account and deposited 100 euros, however as I'm from UK no games were available. Not sure why I was allowed to sign up. I spoke to a rep on live chat and was told to email to get my refund. I have had no response regarding refund even though I have sent numerous emails, I also spoke to live chat again but just keep getting told they will contact office to respond to me. Its been over a month now, I just want my deposit of 100 euros returned to me. I will attach proof of live chat conversation.

Verification issues and delayed payment from Casino4Dreams

Hello

I have been waiting for my verification since Sunday, March 15th, where I sent all my documents the first time.

I requested a withdraw on 620€ the same day, so I have been waiting for more than three weeks on
both my verification and my withdraw..

It's impossible to get in tough with the office, and they don't answer my mails. The Live chat supporter tells me that he/she only is
chat supporter and can't do anything about it, and that I just have to wait for confirmation from their office...

No follow-up on the requested withdrawal

I have the same experience as others which had problems with Casino4Dreams when it comes to make a withdrawal by this Casino.
On Monday evening I did a request for a withdrawal of EU 750,00. But on Friday nothing has happened. I had Tuesday send documents like a ID, bankaccount, etc. On Wednesday and Thursday I have send an email to the Casino, but they were not answered. I had contact with the online-Chat, but I only get vague reasons why there was a delay (they were on holliday (?), I should not have send documents, etc).

Meanwhile I have reased today the amount for withdrawal to EU 1.650,00 , with a request on email that a like to hear what will happen now, but also now I have heard nothing from them. Like the Casino is already not in use anymore. I simply have received one reaction of them.

I think the only way to solved this problem, is to make a complaint here.

Almost 2 months ago I made a withdrawal of 65 euro. No response at all. I was asking live chat about it-only laconic answers that they can only resolve technical problems, not witdhrawals...so I also sent a few emails, after one of them they verified my account and obliged to make a withdrawal next day...it was 6 day ago...nothing changed so far and they are not answering at all..

Not handling a withdrawal nor responding to emails

Hey!

I made a withdrawal two weeks ago and still haven't heard back from the casino. I didn't get any confirmation that a withdrawal was made but when I try to make another withdrawal now it says there's already a pending withdrawal. A week ago I emailed the casino requesting a manual withdraw and asking about the state of the withdrawal and submit the verification documents, no answers to anything.

I asked the Casino4dreams live chat how long does the verification take and I got a response that he's just a customer service and doesn't do estimations, however the next day I asked the same thing and now the same agent (as far as I know) said it usually takes 48 hours.

I attached screenshots showing there's a pending withdrawal and the emails with no replies from the casino. The initial deposit was made with bitcoin and they're supposed to pay me via bank transfer, however the casino hasn't even asked me for my banking details or verification so clearly the withdrawal hasn't been processed at all.

Thank you for any help!

I was pleasantly surprised by this casino. It was recommended to me by one of my friends and I had my doubts when I saw the layout of the first page, but I decided to give it a chance, and I must say I am glad to say: "My friend was right." The casino has many games at disposal and also many deposit and withdrawal options. The games are running smoothly that's most important to me. Payouts are withing two business days as they mentioned it in the chat window. Friendly crew was always available for any kind of questions.
And above all, the bonuses that they give are more than fair in my humble opinion.

I really do not know what to put in here, because so far as I can recall it, I didn't have any negative experiences in any way with this casino. So, maybe more advertising for others to come and see for themselves. I don't know.

One of my top five casinos where I love to play. They have all of my favorite games in there. Verification and all of my withdrawals were going smoothly. A couple of times I got a cashback from casino which came as a surprise. So, they take care of loyal players.

Perhaps more extra bonuses on deposits, especially on weekends and holidays.
But I have no major complaints about this casino.

They don’t have any freespins to offer. I tried to contact the live chat to check if they can offer any as a form of cashback, but it seems that it is not an option for the players.

This casino has all of my favorite providers. Many games, can't even count the number. Support is very friendly and natural...without all those robotic answers. Withdrawals are decently fast but steady. Nothing to complain about.

The withdrawals could be faster than 48 hours, although they sometimes paid out in the few hours right after I took withdrawal. So those 48 hours are not that bad considering the fact that they always pay, which is I believe more important.

It was very giving, I got about 150e after playing for couple of hours (deposited 20e), and considering the fact that I played there for the first time, it was very easy for me to get around. I played blackjack, since I am a fan, and this one is a bit unique, as opposed to the ones on other casinos that I've tried.. All in all,satisfied completely

I had my doubts about this casino, then I deposited few times and was pleasantly surprised.
Didn't see anything that really bothered me. It was really really ok.... cash, support, games etc.

I wouldn't mind if they send me sometimes some unexpected bonuses in my mail :)
This casino is not promoted enough in my opinion. I found it by accident.
