Casino Maxi - Delaying payment despite providing all documentation requested
On 31/3/17 i won £5100 n Maxiplay Casino, i tried to withdraw this money and recieved an email saying i had to provide documents to verify my account. i sent them the documents the same day, then recieved an email from them saying that i had to get the documents notarised within 7 days! i had to take time off work to vistit a solicitor and get my documents notarised. The notary stamped and signed the 4 documents that the casino had asked for and gave me the copies. i emailed the notarised documents to the casino on 12/4/17 and heard no reply - despite chasing them up - until 20/4/17. i recieved an email from them saying that in order to fully complete the verification process they needed to call me! i asked them to call me any time after 4pm which they did not manage until they called me on saturday 22nd april. the guy i spoke to said that was fine and my acount was totally verified and my money would be released immediatly! Great i thought, finally! Until today 26/4/17 they have sent me an email saying that they need notarised documents from me within 7 days, with no reason why!! As you can see from above it takes an age to get a reply to emails from them. i queried the reasons for this request on chat to first be told the photos of the notarised documents i sent were not clear enough- they were perfect photos, then to be told the email needs to come directly from the notary! then to be told that the notary needs to confirm in writing that he has notarised the documents! he has clearly stamped and signed all the documents so i cannot understand what the problem is! It just seems like Maxiplay casino are delaying paying me in the hope i will give up on my money. i have jumped through all the hoops they have set and still this is not good enough and i just do not know where to go from here. Please help!

Casino Maxi Casino has Netent, NextGen, Microgaming, PlaynGo and Thunderkick games. I was interested in this casino, just because they had Netent games. That day and that was few months ago I was searching for some bigger bonus and some new Netent casino, but I must admit ,those days they are a lot Netent casino, which before they were not so much, but I guess they see that many people are interested in Netent games so that way they will have plenty people interested playing in theirs casinos.

They are Turkish site and what bothered me is when you open their site you will see everything in Turkish language, so even if you change the language to English, not even then the site is on English, but some pages are mixed, meaning English and Turkish so that way you must use the translator. Here on AskGamblers site I saw that the bonus is not available in Macedonia my country, so I would ask AskGamblers to change that, because yes I am eligible that bonus, because I did uses it even contact the support to ask about the bonus. I took the welcome first deposit bonus of 100% match and only that, well for new casino I think that they should offer some free spins, like many new casinos are doing. So I deposited 20 euros and the wagering is not so bad, meaning its x 30 the bonus + the deposit had to be wagered.

The first game I played there was my old friend Gonzo Quest, just to see will I be having luck on this game here in this new casino for me. I was playing for short time because Gonzo was giving me empty spins, not even once I triggered the free falls feature so my play time there was really quick and without any luck. I only deposited there nice and since then I didn't get not even 1 free spin or bonus, well I guess seeing the site on their language, their country is the main target, because they are giving free promos but only for some countries. I saw one complaint here, which I didn't like, just because I really trust this Malta license casinos, but still there are plenty complaints, which are made by player fault, not reading the terms right. Maybe if they offer some good onus or free spins I might consider giving it one more try. Good Luck!
