It has been more than 2 or 3 years since I signed up at Casino Blu, a BetSoft-platformed casino. As usual for me, it was the promotional offer that caught my interest at that time, but what it was I have completely forgotten by now. I hardly tend to remember such things anyway, because they aren't important at all. Only in certain exceptional cases would I remember them, like making a good win for example. At Casino Blu, no such thing happened for me. If I'm not mistaken, I have also made one deposit at the casino, lost it, and never went back, leaving Casino Blu in the deep blue sea, so to speak, hehehe.

Last month, after a fairly long dormancy period, I received a promotional email from Casino BluSky, and I was wondering, "BluSky?" Has Casino Blu been taken over by a new management? I really don't know, but I was happy to receive a free no-deposit bonus from them, an incentive to get me playing at the casino again no doubt. Upon logging into the casino, I was really surprised to see many other games besides those from BetSoft. Now, there are games from Microgaming, NetEnt, Thunderkick, Quickspin and others too, but I have yet to delve deeper to see the complete range of games available. "Ah, that's nice" I was saying to myself, "much better than before!" And not only that, I was also surprised to see a link to Madame Chance Casino within the website, so a reshuffle of some kind may have indeed been done, or maybe I'm still wrong, hahaha. Nonetheless, that free chip was played and nothing won from it. All I got was a few moments of fun, that's all.


Well, I have since taken Casino Blu out of the deep blue sea, and put it back on my display shelf. Good for seeing, but not so good for playing. Why? Because there are certain aspects of the casino that I don't quite like. The thing I don't like most concerns keeping track of my wagering progress. Casinos owned and operated by Game Tech Group N.V. just don't provide such facility, and I could never keep track of my wagerings, either how much have been completed or how much more to go. This is seriously missing, but nothing has been done about it so far, maybe not ever either. I'm expected to check out my wagering balance with the Live Chat host each and every time, and that sucks! A real waste of time on my part, and a big distraction to my game play as well. Such info should always be readily available for me to check up on at any time, either in my account, or easily visible at the top of the screen, as found in a few wonderful new casinos! I really like those! And Game Tech Casinos must follow suit, like it or not!

Fast chat response and decent welcome package, but there is a reason for the generous package as outlined below.


The layout is cheap, the slot games are unheard of and like something from the 1980s. It's their welcome bonus that hooks people in. They do have a handful of NetEnt games but these are unavailable when making a deposit with a bonus? Something else they trip you up on also is that you can play Roulette/Blackjack etc freely with your deposit plus bonus funds but if you bet a single penny on anything other than "selected" slots you instantly void any winnings or withdrawals, so if you hit it big and beat the wagering they would then just refuse to payout, Conveniently hidden away in their T&Cs. If you are not allowed to play a game with bonus funds then why is it available to play? To con the player, as should somebody win they don't have to pay out. Never seen anything similar on other online sites I play at, if you are not allowed to play a game it would be obviously made unavailable until you had completed wagering etc.

Am truly shocked that a cowboy outfit like this is allowed to operate, and after some digging on the web I discovered that a few review sites have them down as blacklisted due to being caught using pirated NetEnt software!!

Lots of games, good graphics, easy access slots, of banking choices.


Payouts. The casino finds a way to not pay the players. They owe me 1800 euros and refuse to pay me. They said I played a game that was not considered slots. Funny thing is when I choose the section I wanted to play, I choose slots and this game was in the mix. Seems this is a good way to screw the player out of whats owed him.

I suggest that anybody who wants to play here after this review need to contact the casino before every game you choose to make sure its considered a slots game. You can do this via live chat, oh yeah hang on they don't answer the live chat. Oh yes you can use the e-mail route to get your answers, that only takes 2 days.

My suggestion go play at a legit casino and leave the corrupt ones behind. There are way to many good casinos for you to waste anytime at this one.
Payouts; you played a non-allowed game with your bonus, which was not in the slots category, as you chose it from the featured games category.

Communication; I have seen here many chats with the player.
