I received last week an email offer with 200 spins in halloween Jack. I had the offer on their website to my main deposit section. I select the offer but my spins was not given, went to live chat and all they said to me is that they dont do that offer. I received 2 emails from them with that offer and also the offer was in my deposit section to select.

They scam and also support dont seem to know much about their own offers and casino, will be reported with pictures proofs and also verification process took me 6 days. Avoid.

I've been wanting to sign up at this Casilando Casino since many months back, but one major drawback has kept me away all the while - deposits via Neteller and Skrill are not eligible to claim the welcome bonus! Now when they offer you a 100% welcome bonus, they also allow you to press on the skrill payment method and make a deposit. Now when you open their terms of conditions from 3 pages you can somewhere find that winnings with a skrill deposit together with their bonus, will get confiscated. So with other words they allow you to deposit skrill together with the bonus, but after you made a deposit there is no worth in playing anymore, because any euro you win stays in their pocket plus you get banned of their network. avoid this casino at all costs

Poor withdrawal times, it says processed within 48hrs, I was waiting over 96 hours and still wasn't processed. Contacted support and they said because the processing period landed over a weekend. And that the funds may take an additional 48hrs once processed. I am going back to the other casino's I use where withdrawals are done and usually in the bank within 48 hrs, even on a weekend.
