I received last week an email offer with 200 spins in halloween Jack. I had the offer on their website to my main deposit section. I select the offer but my spins was not given, went to live chat and all they said to me is that they dont do that offer. I received 2 emails from them with that offer and also the offer was in my deposit section to select.

They scam and also support dont seem to know much about their own offers and casino, will be reported with pictures proofs and also verification process took me 6 days. Avoid.

There is list on site game which wager but that list is not correct and chat cant just keep saying

I've been wanting to sign up at this Casilando Casino since many months back, but one major drawback has kept me away all the while - deposits via Neteller and Skrill are not eligible to claim the welcome bonus! So with that small 20 EUR starting balance, I went back to continue my last play on that Finn game. Well, what greeted me was not to my expectations at all! As I have come to realise several times before, this Finn game played very badly indeed when playing without any active bonus - a deep contrast to playing it with bonus money attached! Okay, so this may be a rather dubious suspicion, but I have already experienced it many times on the same game, at various different casinos, so to me, this isn't like a conspiracy theory at all! I don't like it at all, but there's nothing that I can do about it either!

Now when they offer you a 100% welcome bonus, they also allow you to press on the skrill payment method and make a deposit. Now when you open their terms of conditions from 3 pages you can somewhere find that winnings with a skrill deposit together with their bonus, will get confiscated. So with other words they allow you to deposit skrill together with the bonus, but after you made a deposit there is no worth in playing anymore, because any euro you win stays in their pocket plus you get banned of their network. avoid this casino at all costs

My ex and I always used to have a great laugh over the naming of the latest online casinos we would hear about in our emails each week, and I think one would have been a definite hit with us after a few drinks on a Friday night! I've only managed a single withdrawal from this casino so far and it took a while longer than I would like to be processed. The casino explained this was due to me having made the request on a Friday, as they do not process payments over the weekend. The casino has many service providers including the most famous Netent, NYX, Thunderkick and many more. They recently acquired Big Time Gaming to their portfolio, which is very good.

I signed up at this casino and claimed some no deposit spins. Well as you know 10 free spins never helps really and did not manage to complete wagering. They have an AG exclusive 200% bonus, which is the same as their other sites offer like fruity casa.

Poor withdrawal times, it says processed within 48hrs, I was waiting over 96 hours and still wasn't processed. Contacted support and they said because the processing period landed over a weekend. And that the funds may take an additional 48hrs once processed. I am going back to the other casino's I use where withdrawals are done and usually in the bank within 48 hrs, even on a weekend.

Pending period of 48 hrs is very bad. Basicly gives them an excuse to stall ur payment for 48 hrs.. most casino's have a maximum pending period but these guys just basicly use those 48hrs to the max to ensure max reverse rate on payouts. Support can only reach payment department via e-mail and also cant speed up things because of a missed document.

I love the game selection, site looks professional to me, first deposit bonus offer is decent, 70x wagering on the bonus or the way it's put: 35x on both deposit and bonus(to make it look nicer) feels a bit excessive, but ok.

Once I had signed up and saw the offer read 100%, I contacted support and asked about it, they then claimed I had not signed up through an affiliate link (which was the only way I actually found out about the casino) and I wasn't in the mood to say anything as I had too much bad experience that day with stupidity from other sites support that I just left the chat and took the 100%. I don't understand how signing up through a direct affiliate link that differs from the casino's own personal sign up address, does not register with the casino when it's signed up through.
