I want to share my experience of playing at "Casilando" casino and warn inexperienced users about the clutches of scammers. Yes, as you can understand, this experience is negative, and here's why:

Until the moment of withdrawal, everything was relatively good, but as soon as I decided to claim my winnings, the Casilando administration began to throw obstacles in my way, demanding verification from completely different casinos, claiming that it affected my ability to withdraw money.

To my sincere bewilderment about why verification in other casinos affects the withdrawal of winnings at Casilando, the administration responded very vaguely and abstractly, ultimately blocking my account in all casinos of their group and completely seizing my winnings.

In essence, the casino simply didn't want to adhere to the rules of fair play, choosing instead to appropriate my money. I'm sure my case is far from unique, so I urge you not to waste your time on this dubious casino. They'll try to talk you into nonsense, and if it doesn't work, they'll simply ban you and steal your funds. In any case, you won't see your money again.

There s not a lot of negative to mention. Be careful with the first deposit bonus. I did not read terms well and made a deposit with a certain payment provider and it all worked fine. After wagering the bonus my cash out of 3500 EUR got canceled and received initial deposits back in my account. It's hard to blame Casilando for this because they did communicate as it was stated in the offer it was not valid with certain payment providers. For me a reason to never come back cos it reminds me of this experience.

I gave 7 stars but still i cannot recomend this site to other players 100%. Problem is that two most important things for players are fast withdrawals and good customer support. I received last week an email offer with 200 spins in halloween Jack. I had the offer on their website to my main deposit section. I select the offer but my spins was not given, went to live chat and all they said to me is that they dont do that offer. I received 2 emails from them with that offer and also the offer was in my deposit section to select.

They scam and also support dont seem to know much about their own offers and casino, will be reported with pictures proofs and also verification process took me 6 days. Avoid.
