Campobet Casino - The casino is unwilling to re verify my account and 2500e stuck on CampoBet
It's been 3 weeks approx since this saga started with Campobet when I tried to make a withdrawal of 500 euros since that's the single withdraw limit. I have made withdrawals before on Campobet and my account has been verified before, so I didn't expect any issues this time either, other than a single withdrawal usually takes around 3 working days so the process itself is very annoying and takes time when you try to empty your roll. After my withdrawal request, Campobet decided that my account was not verified anymore and I would have to send every document again to proof my address and identity, so I sent them everything they required, electricity invoice, bank statements, photo of my ID (multiple times through document uploading page and support e-mail). Now they are insisting that the documents are not real and the bank statements are not the original ones uploaded from e-bank, which they are. I don't understand how they can make such claim and I don't know what to do anymore. I've been going back and forth with their customer servants but again nothing has happened in a week.

I suspect that the re-verification requirement is because I switched address about 3-4 months ago and my account was verified when I lived in previous address. I tried to change my address to campobet but the customer servant said that "You need to verify your account first before you can change your address". So now I am not able to change my address on the site - to the address they require - to get my account re-verified to get withdrawals through. They've required proof of my former address, which I've sent and they still haven't updated my address. My former place is still under my custody and is even visible in my current electricity invoices, but still they won't do anything.

So that's the case in detail, really don't know what the next steps are to save the approximately 2500 euros stuck on the site.

Sends a lot of promotions with bonuses almost every week

Worst site I have ever played on. Stay away! They let you play like a normal customer until you win a huge amount and then they limit your account immediately. Customer service will not help you and act very rude while they will refer to the kyc-department which isnt responding to emails. I have played at over 30 sites and this is the absolute worse.

Good welcome bonus. Live support available 24/7. Site is easy to use.

Some bonuses needs to be wagered 6 times, while other needs to be wagered 35x(!) times! At January 1 they offered a 150% deposit bonus up to 1500 EUR. If you look at the terms one would need to wager 2500*35= EUR 87,500.

They also send out misleading offers for free bets. Customers get the impression that they offer say a Champions League free bet, but the free bet is only for two games (which are mentioned in the e-mail) in that weeks round. There's also no information about the fact that the free bet would need to be wagered 3 times, and they could very well be limiting the bets so that it is impossible.

I am also HEAVILY concerned when they don't answer to the fella under me which has won a lot. He says Campobet cancelled two of his withdrawals, even though he is far away from the limit of 10,000 euros which/month. He gets 400 euros in installments. Why is that? Is the liquidity that bad? When will they go broke? Campobet answer other people here, but not this guy.

Just got to mention again that they LIMIT a tremendous amount of players when they are trying to wager their bonus.

There is nothing positive I have experienced about this online casino and sportsbook

The worst Bookmaker I have ever dealt with, deposited via credit card was told I could then only withdraw via ecopayz which is not available in my country. Trapped me, took my money but then gave me no opportunity to withdraw. Was told to message the finance team who said they would respond within 24 hours, 2 days later zero response.

Support doesnt understand basic English and was just the worst experience I have ever had with an online gambling website. Utter disgrace

I spent over 2500€ at this Sportsbook. Since i started winning they only paid my first request of 900€ and cancelled my other 2 ones which i was already waiting for over 2 days ( they cancelled them right before the financial department is off duty.... :D) obviously all just to save time and not pay out the winnings.

They sent me an email with a payment schedule of 400€ each transaction ( Oficially each transaction per transfer has a max. of 1000€ and my monthly payout limit is 10.000€) I only got 900€ so far.

That is everything else but fair, responsible or legally correct.

Chat support friendly. Even if they can not do much about certain problems.

For around a month ago a registered at Campobet and applied for the bonus of 100 %up to 2000 SEK. It started out pretty good and after some bets I had won some money. But after (I don't remember exactly how many bets, maybe 5-6?) all of a sudden they had put up a stake limit for me. Down to around 20 % from what the deal was from the start. No answer from the department responsible for this. So I just had to deal with it. This made me forced to do many more bets than first planned to, to wager the money. It was a really stressful time to even find games. Not fun at all.

I can not recommend Campobet to anyone. I even want to warn others to not take the same bonus deal as I did, with this company.

In the end I luckily won some small money even though it was a pain. But its first now I dare to write a review. With my money still on the account I was too afraid for it.

Easy to navigate on the site. Normal good technical support via the chat.

Problems with bonus.

After five bets they changed the bet limit from 500 SEK down to 102 SEK. That means I need to do around 400-500 bets in one month, to get the bonus. And what will happen when come closer to a win? Will they set the limit even lower?

I sent mails but get no answer.

I would not recommend anyone to to use their bonus deals.

As others pointed out, not a very reliable casino. I was playing an yggdrasil slot and in the middle of a winning spin (bonus game) the game got stuck and the winnings weren't credited to my account. Live chat told me to write an email explaining the situation. Got a reply saying I was manipulating the system and was accused of fraud. They voided me the winnings from real money from my account, even though I never got that winning in my account.
Will not play again and advise others against playing here.

It's a good game page in the way that there's a lot to play on
I think the mobile page is very good.
There are many games to choose from, if you want to have a casino then it's good, you want to have sport, that's good too
There are many ways to make deposits.

My problem is when I'm going to make a withdrawal.
It takes unreasonably long time.
I deposited 4000 kr that I managed to play up to 22,500 kr.
When I try to withdraw money, they have a minimum of 1000 kr and a maximum of 10,000 kr, fine for me.
I requested the withdrawal of 10,000 kr, did not get a response, when I received a reply after 2 days, I received a response that it was not possible to make the withdrawal, I had to split it on 2500x4.

My first thought is that they want me to cancel the withdrawal and play away money.
My second thought is if they have problems with the economy?

In any case, I split up the withdrawal to 25000 pcs.
Now I have a total of 8 withdrawals of 2500 kr each and two withdrawalw of 1500 kr each.
The first withdrawal of 2500 became clear quite fast, thats good.
Then nothing has happened in 2 days.
Yesterday I received an email about an individual payment plan, what is this I thought?

The plan was that I will get my second withdrawal on November 2 and the next withdrawal on November 5th.

They also wrote in the mail that when I received my second withdrawal on November 5th, I would contact their KYC again to set up a new payment plan.

Absolutely unreasonable according to me.
It should not take a month to get their money when some play pages do it in 10 minutes?
