Campobet Casino - The casino is unwilling to re verify my account and 2500e stuck on CampoBet
It's been 3 weeks approx since this saga started with Campobet when I tried to make a withdrawal of 500 euros since that's the single withdraw limit. I have made withdrawals before on Campobet and my account has been verified before, so I didn't expect any issues this time either, other than a single withdrawal usually takes around 3 working days so the process itself is very annoying and takes time when you try to empty your roll. After my withdrawal request, Campobet decided that my account was not verified anymore and I would have to send every document again to proof my address and identity, so I sent them everything they required, electricity invoice, bank statements, photo of my ID (multiple times through document uploading page and support e-mail). Now they are insisting that the documents are not real and the bank statements are not the original ones uploaded from e-bank, which they are. I don't understand how they can make such claim and I don't know what to do anymore. I've been going back and forth with their customer servants but again nothing has happened in a week.

I suspect that the re-verification requirement is because I switched address about 3-4 months ago and my account was verified when I lived in previous address. I tried to change my address to campobet but the customer servant said that "You need to verify your account first before you can change your address". So now I am not able to change my address on the site - to the address they require - to get my account re-verified to get withdrawals through. They've required proof of my former address, which I've sent and they still haven't updated my address. My former place is still under my custody and is even visible in my current electricity invoices, but still they won't do anything.

So that's the case in detail, really don't know what the next steps are to save the approximately 2500 euros stuck on the site.

WARNING!! Claimed the initial deposit bonus after losing my initial stake. After completing about 10 % of the wagering requirement using 500 NOK bets, I am suddenly limited to 96 NOK bets. After placing another 10 bets of 96 NOK (10 EUR), my limit is again slashed to 86 NOK (9 EUR). I have tried contacting the chat, but they have referred me to their Traders Department, who have yet to reply to my e-mail. At this rate I need almost 400 bets to complete the wagering requirements, and who knows if they will keep lowering my limits.

Stay away! As others have written before me, I made my first deposit and received the first deposit bonus. For no apparent reason I get limited to making 10 euro bets, which makes it extremely difficult to reach the bonus turnover target. When asking customer services the answer is: "The limits are settled by Traders Department exclusive for each event based on your betting activity.
Casino Administration does not take any responsibility for this decisions."

WARNING! Do not sign up at Campobet.
Tried to use the welcome bonus. Before the bonus is available you need to wage the deposit once. Fine. Did that. Lost my bets, unfortunately but got the bonus available. After a few bets, I'm suddenly limited to 10 euro bets for no reason. Now, it's obviously impossible to meet the waging conditions.

Contacted the incredibly slow chat, which referred to some traders department and told me to email the support. I mailed the support, who refers me to another email-address (casinia). But this email address seems to go to their casino department, who again refers me back to the support email.

I suspect that they are limiting people after a while in order to make it extremely complicated to meet the waging conditions.
Avoid this company and put your bets elsewhere.

Made my first deposit and received the first deposit bonus. According to the terms maximum 50 euro per bet counts towards rollover requirement. Then without reason I get limited to making 10 euro bets, which makes it extremely more difficult to reach the rollover. Trust-issues right away, after signing up based on information about the bonus that did not turn out to be correct. The rules for the deposit bonus they tempt Norwegian users with is not correct. The rules in Norwegian says you’ll get the bonus without turning the deposit over, however, that’s not true at all. You’ll only get the bonus after turning the deposit over one time at a minimum 1.5. Very unprofessional, not willing to do anything else than asking me to read the rules in English. Well, I signed up because of the Norwegian commercial and the bonus presented as in Norwegian. Will not use this one in the future.

Thank God I didn't deposit big amount because of I mentioned in the dislike box

1-the slowest chat ever
2-the graphics very bad quality
3-you cannot play there by using tablets or smart phone the games won't open and the website keeps kicking user out and most of games not opening when I went to chat for help they asked me to play what's can be open only so they're actually forcing users to play what they want not what you want

Well there happened something again which i really hate nowadays. If u visit the site there r a lot of payment methods shown. Paysafecard, Skrill... everything u can imagine. So i registered there. Then after u gave all ur data and go to cashier theres nothing about anymore with Paysafecard or even Skrill. (You could use Paysafecard with Skrill).

I hate this things. I can not understand why a casino gets so many stars here while its using methods like this to get players there. Cause then i asked for paysafecard as a method in Live-Chat. Then they told me that theres an technical issue atm and that it will be back soon as a method. Well i visited Askgamblers again while i chattet with her and read the reviews here. And even more than 2 weeks ago a different player wrote the same things about Paysafecard and Skrill.

So thats not an technical issue than its just a lie. They dont offer this atm but they want customers to register there and use different methods then.

Slow withdrawals.

Fantasy reasons for cancelling withdrawals.

FIrst withdrawal was cancelled (after 24 hrs) because of documents needed. (this is ok ofc)
The second time (after the next 24 hrs) the first withdrawal was cancelled because of a free bet that I had made and there was wagering left. Or at least that was the story they told. I had not done any free bets and after some investigation everything was ok and they told me to make the withdrawal again. I did do the withdrawal again and waited the 24 hrs and then it was processed.

Then I made a smaller second withdrawal. Waited for 24 hrs and it got cancelled. No reason told. The message was "We kindly ask you to split your withdraw into several parts". They actually wanted to split it into two halves. I did that and made those two withdrawals basically simultaneously (as their withdrawal page allows to send the same data again and again). Waited for the weekend to realize that they have processed only one of those two withdrawals on Monday after the weekend.
