Campobet Casino - The casino is unwilling to re verify my account and 2500e stuck on CampoBet
It's been 3 weeks approx since this saga started with Campobet when I tried to make a withdrawal of 500 euros since that's the single withdraw limit. I have made withdrawals before on Campobet and my account has been verified before, so I didn't expect any issues this time either, other than a single withdrawal usually takes around 3 working days so the process itself is very annoying and takes time when you try to empty your roll. After my withdrawal request, Campobet decided that my account was not verified anymore and I would have to send every document again to proof my address and identity, so I sent them everything they required, electricity invoice, bank statements, photo of my ID (multiple times through document uploading page and support e-mail). Now they are insisting that the documents are not real and the bank statements are not the original ones uploaded from e-bank, which they are. I don't understand how they can make such claim and I don't know what to do anymore. I've been going back and forth with their customer servants but again nothing has happened in a week.

I suspect that the re-verification requirement is because I switched address about 3-4 months ago and my account was verified when I lived in previous address. I tried to change my address to campobet but the customer servant said that "You need to verify your account first before you can change your address". So now I am not able to change my address on the site - to the address they require - to get my account re-verified to get withdrawals through. They've required proof of my former address, which I've sent and they still haven't updated my address. My former place is still under my custody and is even visible in my current electricity invoices, but still they won't do anything.

So that's the case in detail, really don't know what the next steps are to save the approximately 2500 euros stuck on the site.

Not having to bet with this bookmaker ever again, worst ever

All was well on the deposit side, quick and easy deposit but thats where is ENDS. Won about 2k attempted withdrawal via ViSA card the first time after 3 days was told i need to verify, did this. Second attempt withdrew to credit card: 5 days later was declined and told that my bank declined the card. I then called the bank they had no record of it ever being processed and denied it had been declined. Contacted support was told I need to deposit more money via another credit card in order to satisfy verification and withdraw. I never received my money. Beware this company must no restrictions on foreign countries regarding withdrawals and will happily take your money but will not let you withdraw, do not trust

I had actually signed up at Campobet Casino way back in August 2018, made a deposit, claimed the welcome bonus and the 200 free spins, played it all, and then made another deposit in January of this year, but this review on the casino got pushed back for some reasons, until now. Just to be sure, I had this confirmed today from the casino's Live Chat host, hehehe.

Anyway, Campobet is just like any other Tranello's casinos, with some good and not-so-good points. Firstly, I must say that the games selection is very good indeed, with numerous providers in the portfolio, and including my favourite games from Microgaming, NetEnt and Play'nGo. However, if a bonus is taken, there are numerous games that are not allowed to be played, or have a reduced contribution factor to the wagering requirements - not 50% but only 20%, and that is a lot of difference! This is certainly not a good point! Another one is the 30x deposit+bonus turnover requirement, which actually works out to 60x the bonus amount, and that is a huge difference! So you must either accept this setback, or simply play without taking any bonus at all!

Well, I took it up anyway, and played it all on NetEnt's Finn And The Swirly Spin. I was expecting a satisfactory game, but as it turned out, the game played coldly, eating up all of my credits not too long afterwards. Okay, not the casino's fault of course, and it's rather to be expected too from that Finn game - it can either play good from the start, rarely of course, or play dead all the way, most of the time. I wished I could play on Dead Or Alive instead, but that's a restricted game.

The 200 free spins offer is a very good one indeed - only Tranello casinos offer this, whilst other casinos would offer the usual 25, 50, or even 100 free spins in their welcome package. However, getting those free spins meant asking for it from the Live Chat host each and every time, for 10 consecutive days, at 20 free spins per day. This is truly tiresome and very inconvenient! Not only that, I missed claiming on 2 days, and 40 free spins got lost for nothing. Nope, they cannot be reinstated or claimed back after the allowed 24 hours validity period. This sucks!

Generally speaking, Tranello casinos do not make it into my favourite casinos list, because of the mentioned reasons, plus their 1 - 2 days withdrawal processing timeframe. If they could perform as fast as Direx NV casinos, I'd be playing more regularly. Oh yeah, these casinos would usually ask for a selfie too, or for some other supportive documents, so their KYC approval are never that fast, taking at least 1 day, up to several days. Unable to withdraw via ecopayz being Canadian. Transfered funds to EU account. Told me my bank is declining my visa. Can't obtain funds, no responses from financial & no help. Worst experience ever. Funds are now unobtainable and can't get intial deposit back.

Took my deposit via idebit, Canadian here so can't withdraw via ecopayz due to ban & so had my funds transfered to a EU account. Can't deposit with visa cause blank blocks it. Still waiting 48 hours for financial to get ahold of me to find a way to withdraw my money. Support has been no help. Book doesn't seem to want to help. Pretty sure my money is scammed. Worst book ever.

Update: don't use this fraudlent website. After having my funds transfered to an EU account because I can't use ecopayz & being canadian they said they would manually send my money to my visa. They've stated "my banks declining the payment" so I just only use ecopayz which I'm banned from. Funds have become unobtainable. Financial and this book have been slow and unhelpful. Save your money and play somewhere safe. I'm out 900$.
