I made 3 withdrawals on 01.04.2025 - I received only 2 of them. I spoke with the support like 20 times, they told me all the time my withdraw will be paid soon.

I've been waiting for Caibo Casino to payout my withdrawal since March 29th....

I feel 3 weeks was more than sufficient time to pay me my funds...

They keep telling me they're working on it over and over. What's so difficult to process a withdrawal?... I'm not understanding this long wait.

The address in this invoice coincides with the registration address in my passport of the Russian Federation. Also, my mother has the same last name as me. The casino employees did not accept this document and asked me to send a utility bill in my name. I can’t send them an invoice in my name, the invoices come in my mother’s name.

We moved on. I sent them a document from my bank. I sent them a certificate listing the expenses from my bank card. This document contains my residential address and my passport details. It fully confirms my residential address. The casino wasn’t happy with this and I didn’t understand why. The problem is that they responded to almost all my requests with an automatic letter with a list of documents that are suitable for confirming the residence address. Literally to my question why they do not accept a statement from my bank account, they responded with a letter with a list of suitable documents. And on this list was a document from the bank.
