Casino Review
CAI Games is owned by a company that focuses upon consulting services, management and investment for the casino industry both online and offline. So naturally, it's not surprising that CAI Games decided to release their own online casino using their expertise. Because often they've played a more behind the scenes role, Casino Australia International may not be a name that many players who frequent online casinos have heard of specifically. They've also taken a risk in using a different software program, Chartwell, and not one of the leading software providers that are known by all players. This makes them unique in many ways.
Where they have provided players that sense of regularity in the bonuses they offer and much more!
Customer Support
At a casino that shies away from the norm in some ways, it's not uncommon for players to have more questions about everything that's offered and the safety and security of playing at it. The good news is that there are lots of options to get in touch with people who can answer those questions. All of the customer support at CAI Games is available around the clock and the options include phone, email and live chat. Plus, there is also information on the website for those who want to learn more about banking options.
Customer support at this casino can of course provide answers about their software, the banking options, the security to protect player's information, or anything else they'd like to learn about before registering and getting started with this casino!
Promotions
There are bonuses offered for players on their first three deposits. The first is 100% deposit matching up to 150 GBP, the second is 50% up to 100 GBP, and the third is 50% up to 50 GBP. There is also a VIP club with additional rewards.
Software
Chartwell Software is not a name that all players will recognize. Since so many casinos are operated with Microgaming or Real Time Gaming Software packages, some other great ones get overlooked. Chartwell specializes strictly in java-based software, which means that CAI Casino is web only, and no download is required in order to play.
The company does provide downloadable software versions for all sorts of online casinos and other gaming sites, but CAI games takes advantage of flash specifically.
Games
CAI Games has all sorts of games that players will love. They've got a great variety that players can browse through right from the website. While some of the names might not be recognizable to those who are used to playing at other online casinos that use different software, the games developed by Chartwell often a similar gaming style, look and feel. Players are likely to find games similar to their favorites at CAI Games!
The categories of games at CAI Games are Video Slots, Classic Slots, Card Games, Table Games, Video Poker, Jackpots, Soft Games and Instant Games. Players who only want to play for fun can launch the games straight from the website without even signing up, however without an account playing history is of course not actually tracked.
