Bogarts casino attracted my eyes when I saw it has old school, 1960s vibe which I personally love. I liked the look of their page and I wanted to try their live casino.
Without any doubt, I signed up. I checked their promotions and saw they have 100€ free bonus and I really wanted to claim it. Only later I read that it was meant for USA residents only. I have to say that the bonus options are really interesting there, however, I wanted to speak with live chat to understand which of the promotions would fit me better. Unfortunately the live chat works limited hours and although it was the middle of day in my country, they weren't reachable. I decided to wait with my deposit and speak to live support first. Before I read the terms that the free bonus was for USA only, I wrote them an email inquiry asking about the bonus and I didn't receive any answer from them.
A week later I tried to login in the casino but I failed. The system showed "login failed". I checked my mail where I got a registration verification email from them, I wrote down the details and tried to login with them but failed again. The support was offline again and I was starting to get really frustrated. The next day I finally got in touch with live support and reset my password (although there's an option on the site, it wasn't working). After some waiting to receive answer, finally live chat told me that unfortunately they don't allow residents from my country. When I asked why was I able to register, get a verification email with my new login details and then just wasn't able to login, I got an answer "the issue is that we don't accept customer in you area so we need to disactivate the account".
There ends my experience with Bogarts casino and I am glad that it did, because after this I wouldn't play there or recommend them. Yes, site looks great and from what I saw, the live games seemed nice, however, the fact I was good enough for them to get all my details, including address is just rude. The most disappointing part is that I even went through their terms and the only thing written including my country was the fact that residents from my country would need to "complete four times standard play through requirements in order to cashout from any bonus". See, not a word about restrictions.
Chat was decent, page looked nice but the terms of casino were not understandable. Disappointing.
