Yes, it is clear and has a large selection of providers and payment methods, but that is the only positive point.
What's amazing here is that you have to wager your deposit 3x and WITHOUT a bonus. So if you deposit €100, you have to wager €300 before you can withdraw - good luck with that. But if you do manage to do it and make a successful withdrawal, I wouldn't make any deposits for a very long time because the casino wants to get 3 times the amount back. You can literally see it - after a payout you get absolutely nothing, no matter what slot and what stake. I probably had this phenomenon 4 or 5 times because more often than not there was no payout. Now we come to the actual topic and that is player protection, which doesn't exist here! Apart from the fact that there is no option to block yourself or set limits on the site, you have to send an email to the VIP manager to close your account. They usually respond after half a day, but not by closing your account, but rather with very clever delaying tactics. He asks you if you want a bonus or if you really want to close your account, because you will definitely have better luck in the future. So you have to reply to this message again and some time will pass in which you can happily continue making deposits. Such tactics are heavily criticized at AskGamblers and cast doubt on the seriousness of a casino. But if at some point you manage to persuade the VIP manager to close your account, it is actually not closed at all. Where other casinos do not give a chance to reactivate the account, a simple email to the VIP manager is enough and your account is activated again. So it all starts all over again and is an absolute disgrace when it comes to player protection. Of course you continue playing again and at some point you come to the point where you want to close your account again and the conversation with the VIP manager starts again, who of course wants to buy time again in which you gamble away your money again. Finally, I informed the VIP manager that I would file a complaint with AskGamblers unless I get a portion of my loss refunded because if I had closed the account immediately, this wouldn't have happened. Of course this was rejected so the complaint was sent. I will post this review on every possible casino site and only change it if the casino agrees to an agreement.
