I asked for my account to be paused for 7 days as per responsible gaming and they did not pause my account and will not answer my request. I ended up depositing $2000 in that week and lost that amount. Still not closed and won't answer my questions. Tried to resolve with support and vip manager but nothing

Dear @all,
We are evry sorry for not replying to this case within given timeframe, however, we believe that we managed to solve the case.
After reviewing the communication between the support and the customer, we found that the responsible gambling policy was not followed as should, and the casino adminitstration decided to refund the amount of lost deposits taht were made after the closure request.
As we can see, the amount was successsfully withdrawn and the account is pernamently closed.
Once again, we are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience.
