As I was testing the chat while logged out of my account, Lauren asked for my email to continue the chat. I responded that I only had a general question: “Are payments and KYC verification processed at the same speed on weekends?” While I appreciate the attempt to be thorough, I felt that actually resolving my issue kept taking a backseat. The last few months I've had problems with deposits. The new look site has changed and every time I go out of a game, the deposit option always pops up which is very annoying, and live chat has been rude and not helpful at all when I have an issue. Also I've emailed customer support numerous times with issues without ever receiving a reply. I've even sent transcripts of live chat that were beyond rude, giving ridiculous answer, and not helpful at all. Now the worst thing is, if I access the sight via google, I can't even play, the games all freeze up and it takes ages to even log out of the site. I have checked my settings against other sites that work well and they are the same. I worry the site may be hacked. I can play via firefox and even then things don't run smoothly. I've asked support for advice, but no reply.
