I have played on the Bitstarz site for a long time. The layout was great and the games are my favourite. I also like that withdrawals aren't pending for long and after approval, with Bank Transfers, the money was in my account the next day. Support was good also
The last few months I've had problems with deposits. The new look site has changed and every time I go out of a game, the deposit option always pops up which is very annoying, and live chat has been rude and not helpful at all when I have an issue. Also I've emailed customer support numerous times with issues without ever receiving a reply. I've even sent transcripts of live chat that were beyond rude, giving ridiculous answer, and not helpful at all. When I first started with them earlier this year they have processed a CAD withdrawal for me (of $300-$400CAD) from winnings accrued from the Friday Loyalty Bonus which exceeded the limit they put in place - however more recently, earlier this month when I attempted to withdrawal $2000EUR from a Friday Loyalty Bonus, had $1400EUR still in my account and playing with it and then it logged me out, couldn't log back in, and when I finally got in I had $100EUR in my balance, and my request to withdraw was discarded. This situation is has made me realize the flaw in their bonus system, and appears to be circumstantial and not consistent.

I love Bitzstar as I always play big and sometimes I won big ( 10k,15k,20k ) everytime it goes so smooth with them and I have a trust for Bitzstar.
