I have played on the Bitstarz site for a long time. The layout was great and the games are my favourite. I also like that withdrawals aren't pending for long and after approval, with Bank Transfers, the money was in my account the next day. Support was good also
The last few months I've had problems with deposits. The new look site has changed and every time I go out of a game, the deposit option always pops up which is very annoying, and live chat has been rude and not helpful at all when I have an issue. Also I've emailed customer support numerous times with issues without ever receiving a reply. I've even sent transcripts of live chat that were beyond rude, giving ridiculous answer, and not helpful at all.
