The support is awful. Basically the agents available during chat are humans, that are trained to act like robots. It is the worst qualities of a chat bot, combined with the least useful aspects of talking to a real human. On top of the extremely poor support experience; the site regularly obfuscates, misrepresents, or outright refuses to disclose or explain a number of details for their various promotions, special offers, and loyalty programs, which make most of the incentives they advertise completely useless or otherwise unattainable.

Examples of unfair, unattainable, or exaggerated incentives/rewards:

1). Bonus codes and offers often require locking in at the beginning of a week long promotion; requiring certain criteria is met by the end of the promotion to qualify. No progress bar is given, no checklist or report of qualifications either met or unmet is available, the support agents will not verify if you have met the requirements if you ask them during the promotion, and when it is over; the rules often stipulate that prizes will be awarded 1 or more days later.If you do not receive the promised reward, you are not given any reason. They just delete the bonus code from your profile, and start marketing the next promotion to you. If you ask, you are not given details.Ie) (only one example of MANY) a promotion called Happy Hour promises 10-20% of losses during a certain period of the day, each day of the week, will be automatically credited back as a cash back bonus at the end of the week. The time of day is not provided up front, but emails are sent and a special banner is put up each day when the happy hour begins. Players play more aggressively, thinking they have a 10-20% larger tolerance for losses due to the promotion. Then when the promotion ends, they get nothing. They inquire for a reason, and learn that the banners and emails with the large graphical slogans "It's Happy Hour at bitcasino.io" and "Activate this promo and get 10-20% of your losses back automatically! "Etc. are sent out during random times, and do not indicate the Happy Hour has begun. Instead, the user is expected to have clicked the "see details" link, which brings you to the promotion page on the site with a list of prizes and then scroll to the bottom, and read some very fine print, stating Happy Hour begins and ends at the following times each day of the promotion. THEN, the user is also supposed to either remember or think to lookup the casino terms of service page, where about 2/3 down, in the middle of a paragraph about bonuses, there is a line that says "all times are in UTC" or whatever time zone they designate there, and do the conversion to their own local time zone on their own, to know when to play. Guess what... I'd be willing to bet they paid out VERY few cash backs on that promotion. This is just one of their many creative ways of sabotaging their incentive programs.

2). The VIP program is supposed to be for the best customers. No criteria or guideline is given for qualification, and they simply revoke the VIP status of anyone who does not play for a period of time for some reason.

I have personally deposited over 100 bitcoin (several hundred thousand dollars) since joining the site 4 years ago. My average monthly spend over that whole time is over $1000. My average over year 1 is double that, my average over year 2 is triple that, my average over year 3 is 1/10th or lower because I was not able to buy bitcoin in such large quantity anymore after the price soared, and now in year 4 now that I figured out how to buy bitcoin easily again my monthly spend is back up to $400-500. In the past 2 months alone, I've deposited over $2000, played over 30 hours of games, and made over 40 separate deposits to my account (5 deposits per week or more, 8 weeks in a row).In that entire time, I've withdrawn less than 0.2% of my winnings. Ok so my only complaint is how much the bonuses, comps, VIP and promotions have changed.

I used to get 500mbtc free play with NO RESTRICTIONS every Christmas and birthday. Plus I would be entered in cash raffels and lottos every month. I would almost always win 50 mBtc to 1000 mBtc every month!

Deposit bonuses were available multiple times a week and comps from VIP would also be granted at random.

For whatever reason bitcasino's VIP, promotion and bonuses are all but non existant. I mean, I don't even receive the 25 percent daily reload anymore.

I lost, lost, lost and lost more and never received anything in return. This has caused me to play elsewhere but since I love bitcasino so much, I'm starting to play almost daily again. After over a month depositing daily, all I received were 20 free spins at .25 mBtc per spin. My total winnings were 2 mBtc lol.

Ughhh I just want to play there exclusively but it's so hard when their competitors literally offer me so much more that it's hard to resist.

VIP program seems non-existent to me. They talk about it quite a bit but give no specifics. I have played a lot there and have not heard a single thing from them about VIP. The one time I emailed and asked a question, not looking for how much I had to wager just if I needed to use their bonuses to be considered. The response was as vague as all the literature they have on their site and blog. When I did not give a good rating to Adam on his reply, the next deposit I made he held for hours before applying it to my account. That is spite, and spite does not make for good customer service.

In response to the post complaining of bitcasino not honoring deals and VIP staff changing, I must say that I have not found either of these issues to be true. I have had the same VIP Account Manager for almost two years now. I have found her to be 100% true to her word. Any promise that was ever made to me has been honored with one exception. This was one instance though and it was made up to me with additional perks for the mistake.

Perhaps the single thing I can think of that may be a slight negative is the fact that it is difficult for anyone other than your personal VIP manager (once you get to the level of having a personal manager) to assist you with specific inquiries. Every 2 month you change new VIP managers and the new ones do not know how to talk, calculate or respect customers. Some i**** here apparently created multiple accounts, redeemed bonuses on them, and made a complaint here that the casino won't pay him as if they're entitled to those funds. Apparently they've never played at an online casino before, as there is NO casino in the world that will honor this as its called trying (poorly) to manipulate the system. I'm quite sure its in the T & C of literally any casino that offers bonuses, which is fair. Why would you even need more than one account unless you were trying to do something manipulative like this?
