Page 8 – Player Reviews for Bitcasino.io

Started out on playing their slot games and now I’m hooked with the gold roulette and blackjack. I mostly play satoshis secret at first but now I’ve also been trying out new slot games by provider. My gaming has always been hassle-free, playing on my phone isn’t bad too so that’s a great bonus. I’ve been disappointed with other casinos when I tried them on my phone before. Plus, their ‘blog’ section is fun to read as well, been having a great time with this casino

None whatsoever. I don’t think of myself as a regular casino player but every time I go online to play I usually visit this casino first. I’m just glad my country is not restricted from playing here I would've missed out

Been playing at this casino for months now, I tried their live casino and some roulette games on my first time and I enjoyed it very much so I tried their slot games too. Spent way too much time playing Super Heroes! Glad that they also have Dr. Fortuno. (Big fan of yggdrasil games, by the way) Great live chat support as well, they reply fast.

They accept btc so I have no concerns there. I think I’ve been playing at this casino for what, like two months now? So far everything is going smoothly. Will definitely keep on playing here.

I deposited a small deposit encouraged by the comments, I got a 100% bonus on my first deposit. I played the whole bonus on playandgo slots because they convert to euros. I turned the bonus, I requested a btc wallet cashout, the withdrawal was withdrawn in a minute without any verification. Great. Very large number of slots, very helpful support. I recommend 10 stars.

Bitcasino is an outstanding casino site. It has everything a slot enthusiast like me could ever ask for. They have great games, great customer service and great promotions. Right now I am enjoying the sites numerous promos which is a delight!

Well, I travel a lot. It is cool that I can play games on my phone but Dios Mio I can’t play my games due to country restrictions. It sucks that I can’t play in the UK. But oh well.

Pretty good experience with this site. The selection of available games is more than okay and they keep adding new games. The support is 24h available (if you use EN as language) and nice. The withdrawal limits are low and withdrawing is very fast. The site is not overloaded and loads quick. Loyalty program also available. Already made some nice winnings from the free spins given by the loyalty program.

Please stay FIAT-free! There are enough FIAT-based casinos around and crypto is the future!

The overall look in this site is very simple to look at. Don’t get me wrong, some casino sites have all these UI and icons that can make a lot of us players confused. I have seen a lot of casinos like that and it’s really awful!I transferred here to try this for a size and hey, bitcasino’s not bad!

This more of a personal thing that technical. The chat support replied late! Like I waited for a whole minute for their reply!... Hahaha. Just kidding. Their chat support is one of the best. I bet they can reply for half a second before you can even ask.

Bitcasino is really a good casino site. The games are really vast and super fun to play. I find myself playing for hours on end every weekend and I cannot get enough of this! Also, their customer support is really helpful and kind when I ask questions about my account.

It’s a bit of a letdown that this site cannot cover other countries like Australia. I always go there to visit my folks and I always find myself looking for another site to play in, which sucks. Well, nevermind. Bitcasino still is a 9/10 for me.

Bitcasino has very lots of game, more than a THOUSAND! When i first played in this site, i played less than 10 slots. The games are EASY to find because of its search filter and an option where you can choose a game depending on its THEME. This casino got QUALITY slots which is why i enjoyed my time playing here specially when i won prizes.

I just wish they can add other REAL money as payment option. I don’t really use bitcoin. But so far i have no cons in bitcasino in terms of operation or navigation. No delays or lags, easy to use.

I use to have a bucket list of online casinos that I should try, and Bitcasinò is listed because it recommended me my friend in work. I try play the slots, most the popular games. No bad this site, no lags and delays. I'm not play live dealer casino before but I try play roulette and I had good time play it. If I have time I will play more live casino games in Bitcasinò.

In my opinion Bitcasinò should have more real money as a payment in this site. I have no issue with this casino so far, I don't use bitcoin so much I just recommend that they should have many choices.

Bitcasino is one of the best casinos around. Right now I am enjoying their promo which is the Summer Fest or something where Yggdrasil (one of my favorite games providers) they are giving us players more chances to win big prizes! Plus, they are increasing their games’ jackpot to mɃ 5,700. The mobile version of their site is still working very well and I kinda like it better when I can play it anywhere you know. Getting my winnings from their in-house wallet to my skrill e-wallet is fast. Overall, I definitely recommend this casino to everyone who wants to play all sorts of gambling!

They still have no other options for altcoins though. I really hope they can expand on that because I want to use my other coins for playing. But beyond that, it’s still the best place to play and spend your money.

I joined Bitcasino sometime last month and remember claiming the AG coin with them. I believe they offered 2mBit coin as the AG offering and that translate to about 19 euros more or less. After signing up it took me 5 minutes to find the bonus, but I managed to get it and activated it.

The site itself has a nice layout and great design, however it looks like too many things all over the show. Maybe because of bitcoin currency it looks confusing. Finding the games was quick however they need to get a more advance filtering system which would make thing easier.

They have slots all over the show from many decent providers. Netent, Play N Go, Push Gaming, Pragmatic Play just to name a few. Playing some of these providers convert your balance to euro for game display, but upon exit, back to BTC value.

I wanted to make a deposit as I saw their wagering on their bonuses was x35 the bonus amount which is very low these days and hard to come by. I was really struggling to deposit and contact live chat as I could see the Euro currency, but it does not allow me to deposit in Euro. Support invested and took 15 minutes of troubleshooting to confirm, no other deposit methods are available except bitcoin for my location. Was sad indeed but I accepted it.

Live chat was really helpful and stayed on the line while they were calmly trying to resolve the issue. They serious about this and know their stuff. I really need to recommend the chat agent, although I cannot recall his name.

Overall this seems like a great casino and I would certainly deposit here again and take a chance. I would really like to see if they can pay me in less than 2 minutes. Hope once day to experience this.

Had really bad run after depositing. I was playing fine, until the game started lagging, spins took up to 10 seconds to complete and it turn into a complete disaster and I lost my balance very quickly. I was so frustrated at the time and support told me they had emergency upgrade over the weekend, which could be the cause but can neither confirm.

Bitcasino has over a thousand games to play and they are supplied by an impressive number of developers. I played some of their slots games and it was worth it. Aside from slots, what I really love the most is their live dealer casino whereas I play often because I enjoy it a lot. My friend got interested when I told him that I’m playing on this site so he tried it out.

I have no complaints about Bitcasino. So far, I don’t have any trouble navigating the site. But I suggest that they should develop a layout that can attract more players. Just a suggestion, as long as other players are fine with it then no problem.

A certification of approval by the TST says it all about what Bitcasino is as a casino my friend. FAIR. Not only that they have a huge collection of games in their library, but also all of them are fun to play! What’s awesome is that I can also play games within the palm of my hands! It’s available on mobile tei! It’s also cool that their customer support is always ready to talk to you whenever you need to ask something. They are awesome and considerate to talk to. I may also mention that their cashout time is extremely fast. I already have my winnings within minutes :) .

I wish they accept more types of altcoin since I have Litecoin aside from my existing bitcoins in my account. I also asked support about this and they are nice enough to answer. But my problem is that the call was at least 15 - 20 minutes long and I found out that the call is not free. Well, there goes my money because cellphone calls in Canada are not cheap.

Haven’t played any other casino game at Bitcasino other than the slots. I had a great time playing with their slot games! (they have a lot of slot games, btw. I quickly change playing from one slot to another) I also liked that they have a ‘News’ section in there. Will continue playing at bitcasino

I only ever use bitcoin when it comes to cryptocurrency and bitcasino accepts bitcoin so there’s no problem there. But i do have friends that use different cryptocurrencies. I noticed they use dash and bitcasino does not accept dash (atleast not yet?). I think they should consider adding dash because i think it’s popular nowadays. -BS

Their live casino is astounding. Lots of games offered in that section. I recently tried their bombay speed roulette and it was quite fun. I’ve only played my favorite games as far as their live casino goes, but I think I will try more in the following days. This is a good bitcoin casino, everyone. I’ve been visiting it for years.

I think they should add more cryptocurrencies in their deposit and withdrawal methods, although this is more of a recommendation than an actual con, isnt it? Other than that I have no other serious complaints yet so…….

Wow this casino is amazing!
- No verification.
- ALL Table games and BlackJack with ALL Side bets!
- Friendly and helpful support.
- INSTANT WITHDRAWALS! Faster than any other casino without any problems.

First Casino i rate 10 stars!

Normally I criticise and complaint easily but I honestly havent found anything yet that i dont like.
This is my brand new favorite casino.
Ill update if any....

I have reviewed Bitcasino before, and I feel an update is in order. In the past, I had problems with Bitcasino's lack of transparency surrounding rewards and the like. But now, Bitcasino has started to roll out an elaborate loyalty program, which is quite impressive. I now have zero issues with this casino.

Additionally, as I have written in the past:

* Bitcasino offers nearly instant deposits and withdrawals. Even when a cashout needs approval, it generally takes fewer than five minutes to obtain the necessary approval.

* Bitcasino has some extremely helpful customer service team members. Whenever I have had an issue with a game, they were there to assist. To be sure, some of the representatives are not great (and some are not even close to fluent in English), but if you get the right person on the other end of the live chat, he or she can help you a great deal.

* Bitcasino offers a very generous welcome package.

* As far as crypto-only casinos go, Bitcasino's game selection is unparalleled. For slots, they have everything from Microgaming to QuickSpin to Blueprint. And for live dealer games, they have myriad choices, including the complete Evolution platform.

Nothing at this point! I honestly can say that I am truly impressed with Bitcasino's offerings, service, and loyalty program. Thank you and keep up the good work!

Good selection of games for mobile use also. Games hardly jam or crash which is really good and helps to continue play with slots on autoplay as you not have to check every 5 spins if its still working.

I deposited over 2 btc with net loss of 0.8 btc and there was no discussion about a cashback or a bonus at all. They seem really strict on this and there is no talking to them. They seem to get many players that come and go that's why they don't value the players they currently have. If you are looking for short term casino i can recommend this but if you choose on player here for multiple deposits or longer than a few weeks please choose a different casino with a loyalty program.

Instant withdrawals ! Played here for months and never even a 5 min delay when withdrawing.
had the biggest wins of my life while playing here. I averaged probably 500USD worth of btc a day some days even alot more than 500$. Overall game selection beats every other casino and with the w/d times it was great.

Apparently I was part of this so called VIP program they have. Unfortunately I left here because I was treated as expendable and rewards were non existent if anything. One day recently I wagered 800 mbtc and was rewarded with 10 spins that won 1 mbtc. I'm sure they're going to miss me but they're too stiff on rewards so I left

- INSTANT deposits and withdraws without any hassle! my first 500 EUR + withdraw took less then 2 minutes :)
- that is only one crypto casino who has Push Gaming provider to play
- cryptocurrency deposit converts to EUR/USD so you dont need to calculate your stake and balance like if you play with Mbtc balance
- site is easy to navigate, there are many games and providers to play
- i made several deposits/withdraws there and casino didnt ask me for stupid things like "selfie with ID" , "part of your DNA" , etc.. :)

- absolutely NO bonuses, no VIP..
i made quite high deposits there and had some high losses aswell and i did not even get any freespins, cashback, etc..
im playing on some other simular casinos and usually after i loss 200 eur +, next day i see at least 50 freespins in my account..
they should really work on their VIP program and get some rewards to their customers..
But generally - this casino is cool and fair so if bonuses and rewards arent ur priority - this is good choice to play at.

Many bonuses on the site with fast deposits and withdrawals. Have not had any problems yet, but I am not really expecting anything to turn out sour.
Keep it going!

More coins could be implemented (TRON); right now there is just BTC, LTC, ETH.
The site could be translated into more languages fully. I have found some pages with English although should have been Russian.

There are two, and only two, positive aspects to Bitcasino. First is the fact that they offer instant deposits and withdrawals. The second is that they have an extremely wide variety of games to play.

Bitcasino has no clue how to take care of its good players. I deposit, on average, well over €1.000 per month. Possibly double that. And my wagering is an order of magnitude higher. Despite these significant deposits and significant gameplay, Bitcasino remains willing only to reward losses. If you lose, you can get free spins. If you win -- even if you lose thereafter -- you get nothing. Zlich. Zippo. Don't even bother asking or trying to ask any sense into them.

Their VIP program is an opaque system, which it seems virtually impossible to get invited to. Again, with my significant gameplay, they keep telling me I'll be invited soon, but I am never invited. I've been wagering €6 a spin lately, and even that is insufficient for their ridiculously high standards.

I am done with Bitcasino. Totally done. They do not value their customers one bit. They have no appreciation for loyalty. None whatsoever. I've lost thousands of euro to them over the course of a year, and then they can't even give me 10 free spins upon request after a series of losses.

If you want your gameplay to be rewarded, look somewhere else.

Indeed a fast deposit and withdrawal system . Wish they were a little better with their support . Crappiest bonus when asked from support.

Worst support staff in terms of using sneaky ways to swindle you out of your BONUS' on avg spent maybe 1btc weekly and still rejected from joining VIP.

By far the fastest cryptocurrency deposit and withdrawal site I ever experienced.

Playing credit currency only in cryptocurrency, option is not available to swit

Bitcasino.io for me personally if it is not the best online BTC casino is one of the best. Aspects to consider is a wide range of games and attractive offers for the client, very reliable, fast deposit and fast withdrawal, excellent bonuses and great 24h support. In my personal case without deposit reach an offer and I could extract more than 30 euros in less than 20 min was formidable. I recommend it 100%

I do not like that it does not accept the traffic by VPN, so some users of restricted countries can not register, it does not admit deposits in USD, and in addition to BTC few cryptocurrencies are accepted. Otherwise excellent!!!

This casino has the fastest deposits and fastest withdraws I’ve ever experienced

A huge selection of games and providers to choose from

Even converts mbtc to euros for certain providers

Helpful live support 24/7 availability
They are very willing to solve issues and chat just to chat

Top Anonymity casino

Nothing!

When I joined this casino It immediately became my favorite!

Bitcasino.io has long been my casino of choice when gambling online. My initial attraction to Bitcasino.io was the fact that withdrawals are processed instantly. To ensure absolute 100% clarity, this means that if I were to make a withdrawal request as I am typing this sentence, by the time I finish this paragraph, the funds will already be in my own personal bitcoin wallet and available for me to spend anywhere I please. This is one of the major differences between Bitcasino.io and the competition.

While the instant withdrawals are what originally attracted me to the casino, there are many other elements which have kept me returning for years thus making Bitcasino.io the only casino which I now deem worthy of wagering my hard earned money at. When it comes to online gambling, knowing that the games you are playing are fair is of ultimate importance. Bitcasino.io was one of the first casinos to offer many games which are "provably fair". Rather than other casinos which essentially say "take our word for it" or, perhaps, "take some certificate authorities word for it", many of the games offered at Bitcasino.io contain a feature which allows any player to verify that the outcome of each round is based upon an unbiased randomly generated result. Fell free to speak to the live chat representatives who can elaborate further upon this.

Additionally, the rewards offered to players have always been top notch with the only exception being during a recent transition period which was very short lived. However, with the launch of the newly re-designed, mobile-first website launched this past month, the player incentives and rewards have now returned to the levels which I have become spoiled by and accustomed to. The fact is, there is not a single other site on the internet which I have come across which is able to compete with the incentives and rewards Bitcasino.io is known for giving to players. It is noteworthy to remind readers that while other sites may offer bonuses which APPEAR to be more generous, when it comes down to it, that is typically just smoke and mirrors.

As an example, 400% deposit bonus, as offered by numerous competitors on the internet, sounds like an amazing deal in comparison to a 100% deposit bonus. However, if you take the time to read through the legal jargon which accompanies the 400% bonus from other casinos, you will learn that:
- there is a wagering requirement of anywhere from 50 to 100 times the combined amount of bonus + deposit. This means that on a deposit of only $100, you will be given a free bonus of $400 bringing your balance to $500. Even at the lowest end of the wagering requirement spectrum which most other casinos have in place (50 times), that equates to having to place a total of TWENTY FIE THOUSAND DOLLARS worth of bets before losing your money. Only after meeting that requirement can you hope to possibly withdraw your winnings. Furthermore, most competitors restrict the total amount which you are able win and withdraw when using a bonus. For example, say you manage to complete the $25,000 worth of wagering and win a jackpot on a slot game leaving you with a balance of $30,000, many casinos will actually take a lot of that away because you won this using a bonus. YOu may end up being left with a mere $1,000 after all is aid and done.

Bitcasino's terms on it's bonuses are night and day by comparison. Many bonuses do not have a condition requiring you to wager a certain amount and there is very rarely a maximum cash out value places upon the result of a bonus. Those bonuses and promotional credits which do have terms attached to them are very reasonable. Therefore, the majority of bonuses given to players at bitcasino.io are exponentially more valuable to a player despite the fact that they may appear to offer less of an incentive.

I personally find it dishonest and reprehensible that there are so many casinos which operate on a basis of deception and employ trickery and underhanded tactics to attract business from players knowing full well that most players don't bother reading the billion page long terms and conditions which most sites base their bonuses and offers upon. The conditions which are attached to most bonuses at bitcasino.io are in stark contrast to that.... Many times, the terms and condition are shorter than this paragraph. This boils down to getting what your told your getting as opposed to being promised the earth, the moon, and the stars and being given mud.

The fact that there is no telephone support takes some getting used to but I adapted to this very quickly after discovering how attentive the live chat support is. Furthermore, there is no waiting on hold and there are hardly ever any wait times whatsoever when looking to be connected to a live chat support representative.

- Huge selection of playable games even in Netherlands.
- Fast cashout (within an hour using e-payments)
- Very fair wagering
- Maybe a few more bonuses from time to time, and perhaps a loyalty system.

- Maybe a few more bonuses from time to time, and perhaps a loyalty system.

I have very mixed feelings about Bitcasino.io (which will become clear by the end of this review). Let's start with the good aspects of the casino.

* Bitcasino offers a very generous welcome package, and, until recently, they offered 25% reload bonuses up to five times per day.

* As far as crypto-only casinos go, Bitcasino's game selection is unparalleled. For slots, they have everything from Microgaming to NetEnt to Blueprint. And for live dealer games, they have myriad choices, including the complete Evolution platform.

* Bitcasino will offer, if you ask, free spins to compensate losses.

So I have been playing at Bitcasino for quite some time, but I recently made the decision to move all of my gaming activity elsewhere. Here's why:

* Free spins to compensate losses are only available if you ask. If you don't know to ask, you won't get them. This lack of transparency is a common theme at Bitcasino. Moreover, the free spins will only be awarded if your deposits exceed your withdrawals. So, for example, if you won 200 mBTC two weeks ago and then lost 150 mBTC, you will NOT be awarded free spins. You will need to lose the full 200 mBTC you won (and then some) before you will ever see a free spin again.

* Bitcasino offers a very generous VIP Program, but invitation to that program is based on a completely opaque and non-disclosed set of criteria. I have gambled a ton there, and was never invited to the program. In fact, just recently, Bitcasino concluded a leaderboard promotion, in which rank was based almost entirely on how much one wagered over the course of a week. I placed third on the leaderboard, but even that was not enough to be invited to the VIP Program. I have asked time and again what I must do to receive an invitation, but I have never been given such information.

* Until quite recently, Bitcasino offered a generous 25% reload bonus (up to five times per day). That is no longer available. (I should note that they slowly removed the promotion from players, and there was a week-long period where some customers could still access the promotion, but I could not.) Bitcasino has not made much of an effort to come up with replacement promotions. Aside from their welcome package and the recently concluded leaderboard promotion, the ONLY promotion on offer requires wagering about 300 mBTC in order to receive 10 free spins worth a grand total of €2.50. In short, their current promotions are pathetic.

* As one might infer from what I have written above, there are some customer service representatives that are not good. I've had one representative refuse to tell me (even an estimate) when another rep (who I had been working with) would next be in. I've also had a representative outright refuse to escalate a concern of mine to a superior. Even if the resolution of my concern would have remained unchanged, it was wrong of this representative to refuse to escalate my concern.

All in all, Bitcasino is a good option if you are looking for a crypto-casino with nearly instant deposits and withdrawals, as well as a plethora of games. But if you are looking to be rewarded for loyalty and reasonably high action, look elsewhere. Because I cannot even begin to guess how much one would need to wager (or lose) there in order to get invited to the VIP Program.

Blueprint gaming slots and quick withdrawals are the only positive to this site.

Live support doesn't ever really help. More often then not they will refer you to e-mail another e-mail or will take 30-45 minutes to answer/solve a problem that most other casinos can answer/fix in 2 minutes. My biggest gripe is the loyalty system. If you're not a VIP, which means over 1k in deposits per month or more, they just don't care about you.

Previously there were daily 25% deposit bonuses for players. This system has been dissolved with a new system including "exciting new weekly promotions". The first new promotion rolled out is just somewhat insulting. If you wager 1,800 euros on a particular slot, you'll get free spins with a total value of 2.5 euros. Get a 2.5 euro bonus for wagering 600x the amount in actual cash?
