I do not have anything positive to say about this casino as I did not have a nice experience and I wouldn't recommend this to anyone wanting to bet on sports.

The staff on the chat takes a lot of time to respond, moreover, only in English. A cashback is present but being level 6 and VIP I only get a poor 10% with large deposits. I have played on more online casinos that I can count, I can say that Bets.io is one of the best online casinos. Support is fast to reply,once you deposit few times they dedicate a VIP manager who always replyes fast and is helpfull. Never had a problem with withdrawals, always fast (only first time I withdrew took a bit more time), they do not have any KYC and accept Crypto deposits and withdrawals. Game selection is good. Tjis is how all online casinos should be.
The only negative thing I can say is, that the VIP agent is not always same as they work in shifts, so it haopends sometimes that you are writting to agent X, but actualy agent Y will reply with same email as agent X. Agent Y might not now my preferences, so in this case I need to wait for agent X to come to his shift, instead of explaining my preferences all over again to agent Y.
