Nothing. Their page is so busy and changes from one promo to the next so fast it eats a lot of resources on chrome. There support is terrible, there informative pages very confusing, they are giving out free spins on games they don't even carry, and did I mention the support is really really bad. Hours waiting for live support and going on a week with no response to email.
TLDR
Don't give them any money. Don't play here. So many better places to enjoy your spins (or whatever).
Where to begin? I am glad that I only deposited the minimum with these guys. OK so for starters, they offer some great sounding bonuses for depositers. The problem starts with your profile page, the bonuses are displayed in such a wonky conveluded way that it is impossible to tell which free spins belong to which bonus. The bonus I got with my deposit was 200 spins over several days on diamond duke (I love this slot it's always good to me) Problem with this? They don't carry diamond duke, at least not for me. I mean, it's not even an option on the search. So, now I've paid into this bonus on something I can't use. Easily solved, many casinos offer spins on games that aren't available in Canada. Live support usually just snaps their fingers and the freespins fairy gives me spins on a different game. Not at betchain. The answer I got (after waiting 45 minutes for somebody to show up and thats a whole nother problem) was "I'm sorry, I cannot offer you another bonus at this time". The live support. Most of the casinos I play at online have a text field so you can prewrite your comment concern or question before the agent arrives in chat. Not betchain, and what's worse is the support is sparse. I sat at my computer waiting 45 minutes the last time. Your next chat was on June 1st at 02:51 pm and lasted approximately 2 minutes, the agent notified you that the game was recalled by the provider and the Free Spins were credited on a different game. You rated the chat as good and commented "awesome". You had a chat on June 2nd that you left after 5 seconds before an agent could respond. Your final chat was on June 3rd and you asked the agent about the QuickSpin Free Spins sitting in your account (since May 29th) which had already been replaced. The agent replied that they couldn't credit an additional bonus to replace those spins (as they had already been replaced). That chat was approximately 12 minutes. I apologize that no one responded to your email, but I didn't find any communication from you in our inbox.

There are some things that have changed which I will talk about in the dislike column.
Support was really good here, however they seemed to change the service so now instead of the support staffs name it just say "support agent" but they are still friendly & helpful. They host a few tournaments every week & month which is cool.
Currently there are two things that happened at Betchain. First is they recently changed there VIP program around without informing the players, which affected me greatly.
Since I joined Betchain back in 2015 you start out as a no-status member, meaning no VIP status. So although you wouldn't get all the benefits as a silver status VIP member, you could still got bonuses. For instance, I got 10 freespins every Friday as long as I made a deposit within the past month. This was one particular bonus they were known for. Non-status players could also get 50% reloads which I personally don't care for and Cashback Tuesdays.
Now once a player gets to Silver status, they get 20 freespins instead of 10 every Friday, bigger reload bonuses and so on.
Now it took me over 2 years to get Silver status VIP membership. The reason it took that long for me was because you get 1 comp point for every 100mbtc (0.1 Bitcoin) wagered. It's a lot tougher than it sounds especially when 0.1 Bitcoin equaled $2,000 just last year during it's peak. That means I had to spend $2,000 to get just 1 comp point and needed 100 comp points to reach silver status. Crazy!
Anyway, I finally earned silver status membership like a month or two ago. What would you know but just a week or two after I get silver, Betchain takes it away by completely restructuring there VIP program making what was once silver now becomes bronze status.
As a result I get downgraded and lost silver status benefits like my 20 free spins every Friday Now I get Zero free spins every week. I'm sorry but that's just wrong! You don't downgrade the players to a lower VIP status after they have already achieved it. You keep the current players where they are and incorporate the changes for new players. That is really messed up.
That got me so upset and as a result haven't played here like I used to.
